When you say it's random, you're wrong.

Random has no meaning in that context. Might as well say its red, or insouciant, or pelican

It's not random, though.

Better to say, it's performing against an algorithm I don't/can't comprehend.

But just a basic effort of tracking, say, pairs, reveals... there's **patterns at play**.

Pick 3: I've hit over half the ways listed in the poll, mostly license plates. The best way to play is a few favorites and a few that change regularly. One week I'll try 5-6 random numbers each day.

Pick 3 winners come more often. Hitting a Pick 4 straight is tough although I've had that experience 4-5 times.

I have tried and given up on many systems.

Mirrors (one straight pick 3 over 2 months)

Followers (one straight hit over 6 or so months)

Latent Repeating Sequences [LRS] (3 pick 3 straights and one pick 4 straight in about 5 months of actively playing)

Latent Out-of-position sequences [LOOPRS] no hits

V-tracs - no hits

+n - n - no hits

And this was just on the pick n daily games.

Systems get infinitely more difficult when you are trying to pick just one combo...

I use three strategies daily, the mirror box strategy, adding the Win 4 # (NY) by 7 down a line until I reach the same number back example 6629

That is interesting. In my state, the Lottery limits how many tickets can be sold for a certain combination. One time I went into a store and someone was trying to buy 7777 and was told it was sold out so I guess that isn't an issue here.

I play my wife's birthday on Pick 5 and she plays mine on Pick 4. She won $2600 once on it, but I have yet to win on mine. Even so, I keep trying.

I use 2-3 method to create a pool of numbers in the Pick 5 (Quito) games. From that pool of numbers, I select my numbers to play using due sums, repeat sums from MID that might return in the evening, or numbers near the hit sum or date sum. If you think there is not a way to predict winning numbers in pick 3 and profit, this would be incorrect.

I use to think it was before learning alot more.

You need to focus on some out of box thinking (ex. strings, digit transits)

and combine with other tools such as:

-waging strategy

-playing low sets

-tracking due digits in each position

-tracking for when certain patterns are super due (ex. tracking doubles? ex. 10 draws out + all other tools combined pointing toge... [ More ]

The first time I ever hit a lottery number.. I was about 19..I said to myself, whichever number I see 3 times, I'm going to play it. I saw the digits 3-1-9 in different orders on license plates. Played it .50 box and won $40 that evening. I didn't vote license plates tho.

Get a big bowl of water, while in a candlelit room, put on some Pink Floyd, drink 3/4 glasses of wine, swirl the water really fast and wait for numbers to appear.

Next morning take 2 Motrin, 2 cups of coffee, mop floor, throw broken bowl in garbage, scrap wax off plate., and still think David Gilmour is the coolest guy ever. Try to remember numbers.

Good poll, Brock. I know it's just for fun, but if you play in a state with pari-mutuel payouts for all the draw games, you have to consider avoiding numbers with lower payouts.

For instance, on March 13 this year the California midday Pick 3 was 2-2-2, and because 570 people played that number, the straight payout was only $213.

Five days earlier on March 8, the evening Pick 3 was 5-9-4, and because only 32 people played that number, the straight payout was $704.
