Vince:KY could have bolted for Big Game/Mega Millions after GA did that when BG began in 1996.Incidentally, KY does offer the PB scratch ticket, so, KY is not a bare bones MUSL member.

Todd:I think MUSL is better overall mostly because of its additional games. Tennessee, if they were to join MUSL, would be able to sell Hot Lotto, which is better organized than Lotto South. (Then perhaps Kentucky might want Hot Lotto also).

No, Todd; I almost never buy QPs. But I'm happy you did (of course, there are a number of 5/39 games without the bonus ball. )Tennessee is planning to begin its lottery by February. I'm hoping they'll join MUSL so Hot Lotto can be played in the South.

Well CASH will be happy to read this. If you read the article about ND's lottery starting the 1st Quarter of 2004, there is a link to the ND state website that has the proposed rules for the lottery.Within that document are the rules for Powerball, Hot Lotto, and Wild Card 2 (another MUSL game). Since ND can ONLY sell multi-state lottery games, it's no big surprise that they will be joining 3 of the 4 MUSL games.So unless DC joins soon or some other MUSL state, it looks like ND will be the 7th...
