Anchoring is wrong, your husband had that right.... take out the dollar signs.1. click the cell you have applied conditional formatting to2. click the paintbrush3. click and drag the cells above to smoothly and effortlessly copy the conditional formatting upward...4. repeat this for each position.good luck</p>]]></description>
