Its a 6/38 lottery.Compared to other 6/49 lottery games,the chance of winning a 6 of 6 is lower indeed.Besides,a 5 of 6 will pay $2,000 and its what other 6/49 games will do too.

Well, I guess it MAY be pari-mutuel if 5 or more players hit the top prize, but I was responding to your statement that just said if multiple players hit (you didn't mention a number). according to the PA bulletin, if more than 5 tickets win the top prize, it becomes pari-mutuel.

i'm guessing that there may be a cash option as well because that seems to bring in players. i think for $2 a pop, they really should have increased the jackpot to maybe $5,000 a month for life. $3,000 a month for life is less than $1,000 a week for life. it even mentioned that it will take 28 years for that guarenteed million and some to be paid to a winner. with the win for life scratch game, it only takes 20 years for that to be paid out. $36,000 a year for life isn't that much anyway.... it looks lke there will be at least 2 drawings per week (i'm guessing monday and thursdsay to keep from competing with powerball or match 6), and it doesn't look like it will replace any game.

Only thing I don't know is when it will start.
