I have never had a problem with anyone because of their race... same here. if i'm in a state with a lottery, and i almost always am, i will play. for example, i have played in PA, OH, NY, MA, WV, KY, and IN.

well i have never been to Minn I do go to South Carolina quite often and I can tell u that a majority of the population there is black. It may be one of the smallest state but they have the most blacks i have ever seen throughout a state......and I have been to alot of states in the south and midwest. I think that is the reason why there are so many black winners there.

Camden maybe they only post big money winners in your state i see on their web site where people from different districts win almost ever week, big money. They might not have the staffing to post every win under 50 grand..
