I use to believe the news reports and Politicians.
I sure was wrong on that belief.
Major retail chains close stores because of major shoplifting.
Grab and go has become a major problem.
After I take a break until Jan or Feb I have plans to remove popcorn on bath and hall ceiling painting with semi gloss.
I hate popcorn ceilings and like smooth ceilings.
Had the popcorn tested a couple years ago and results came back showing no asbestos in it.
My daughter helped me with it when time was available for her.

So with the help of my daughter and me working daily on it 2 to 5 hours a day it took 9 weeks.Took me about 5 times as long to do something being held back by arthritis and bad hip.
Got to stay active or I will lose muscle strength.
All total it took a fair amount of money just for material and supplies.
Glad it is done
Got a ten draw advance play on 296 for $1.00 str8.
Do not get out to stores on a daily basis like I use too.
Time for a breakfast of ham, eggs, buttered toast topped with raspberry preserve and my daily cup of green tea.
Ham and eggs sprinkled with an abundance of garlic powder.
The past 3 or 4 years my feet and ankles got increasingly worse with swelling. Got to where they would not go down at all. Used the socks and leg wraps that did not do much at all.
I also sit a lot which cuts off capillary flow. Try to be more active which is hard to do with a bad hip, back and arthritis. Have been busy the last couple months working 2,3 or 4 hours a day remodeling the living room. Give a rundown on what I have been doing in the living room on another blog post. The job drags out when needing a cane and crutch to get around. That activity got me off my ass and moving around. Still working on it.
I was to my primary care doctor around March or April and I asked her what was causing the swelling. She said the capillaries decrease in size preventing full flow of fluid. I got home and was thinking about it and decide to look up what would open up the capillaries. I found different types of foods, spices and teas that clean out capillaries.
Added those items to my diet on a daily basis intake. Since starting on those foods and spices my feet and ankles have lost about 70% of their fluid.
Green tea, hot pepper sauce, garlic powder, beets, walnuts, celery among other items.
You can find listings on the Internet that clean out capillaries.
Recently returned from a long space journey.

"I" said to say hello to you all..
When purchasing premixed concrete products in a bag and you want to only use a small amount it is advisable to dump the whole bag into a container and thoroughly mix together the dry contents. Then remove the small amount you need.
Why,
When the contents are placed into a bag at the factory the premix is blended together at the factory. After it is bagged the bag then goes through a handling and shipping process until it reaches the store shelf then it is again handled until you use it. During all that process of handling the contents go through a process of vibration separating the contents by weight.
So when you just open the bag and just remove a small amount you may not get the proper mix ratio for the contents being used.
Found that out the hard way.
