Obama says that democrats should be proud of the arbitrary and capricious act (aka Obamacare)

Well lets see...they lied, raped and bullied it into existence.

I just met a staunch democrat recently who has a home and is very wealthy and has millions in assets.  In fact he is wealthier than I probably ever will be.  Yet he has a subsidized silver plan while I have to pay full price.

How did he do it? Well he has millions in assets but he managed to get his income to $15,000 or $16,000 a year so he could get the subsidized plan.

I own no home and drive a 14 year old car and I gotta pay full price? 

I don't even have 10% of the assets that guy has and I gotta subsidize a millionaire?

That's something the democrats certainly can be proud of? 

You wonder why there is no middle class?

I bet there are other millionaires who also figured out how to rape the system.

BTW Every time I complain about Obamacare in front of this guy he just gloats about himself and laughs at me...@sshole!

Putin has accused the US of meddling in  the affairs of the Ukraine and the US denies it.

Sooo..... There must be some logical reason as to why when you see those videos of Russian soldiers on Ukrainian soil that the

stop signs read "STOP" in English and the ambulances say "AMBULANCE" on them in English.

Certainly there has to be a reasonable and logical explanation for this.

Perhaps one that US officials could testify to without having to plead the fifth.

All I wanted to do was keep the policy I had but the Lying Machiavellian Communists did not keep their word.

These are truisms and NOT stereotypes.

The Democrats are out to fine and punish even the very most meager and modest attempts at effort and responsibility while at the same time rewarding sloth, ignorance and greed.

In 2018 a tax will kick in on so called "Cadillac" health plans.  These plans are purchased by responsible people who are trying to make sure that they are secure.  Yet Obama and the Democrats call responsibility greed and have placed a 40% fine on responsibility.

Obama and the Democrats have selected arbitrary and capricious amounts at which to start these fines.

$10,200 for individual coverage and $27,500 for family coverage.

If your premiums meet or exceed these amounts you will be subject to the responsibility fine.

The total lack of due diligence that went into this is stunning!

Within Michigan there are 16 different insurance districts with 16 different sets of premiums for the exact same plan.

Thus if you are 45 years old and you live in...oh lets say Crystal your premiums are lower than a 45 year old who lives in...lets say Crystal Falls.

Now if you are the guy that lives in Crystal Falls you may wind up Paying the responsibility fine on the exact same plan that the guy in Crystal is getting cheaper and not paying any responsibility fines on.

That makes good sense doesn't it.  Same age... same plan... same state...yet it is both a Cadillac plan and not a Cadillac plan at the same time.  Who came up with this idea?  Inept morons or, perhaps, Quantum physicists?

There are so many flaws with Obamacare but the biggest are that Obamacare is Theft,  Obamacare is Rape and Obamacare is Slavery.

I have a great health policy that I have used and have had none of the Problems that Obama claimed I have.  My policy has been great and I feel secure with it and don't feel as if I would need to declare bankruptcy if I have to use it more.

The Policy Obama is sticking me with leaves me less secure and I just may have to declare bankruptcy if I have medical problems.

So I have not put any money in the red kettles this year.  I have not donated to the food drive.  I have given nothing to charity since I got kicked off the plan that Obama lied to me and said I could keep.  I am not giving anybody any Christmas presents this year!

Why?  Because I am not stupid and I know how much more the Obamacare policy is going to cost and I know it is going to leave me worse off!

It's not a bad deal it's The Worst Deal.  I may not even have health insurance anymore because the Obamacare plans are so expensive.

To the best of my knowledge I have had health coverage since I was born and now, for the first time, I may not have it anymore.  I will not subject myself to the theft of medicaid and I am outraged at the new abuse and fraud that Obamacare opens on all of us.

That is what I have to consider.  What have you done to prepare for the coming healthcare disaster next year?

In looking at the Obamacare policies I noticed that they show what the premium is and what the monthly fine is.

The monthly fine for signing up is about 10% of the monthly premium.

For example if you pay $550 a month for a plan then $500 goes to the premium and $50 goes towards the monthly fine.

So instead of paying the $95 fine for not signing up you are paying more for actually obeying and signing up!

(In this example $600 total annual fine instead of  the non compliance $95 annual fine!)

Why hasn't anyone noticed this before???

No matter how many times I look at the Obamacare policies I recoil at how horrible  and expensive they are.

It leaves me wondering whether Obama is more evil than Satan or if Obama is just the ultimate foreign mole.

I can't come up with any more explanations as to why Obama is so bent on gleefully ruining the country.

Anyone have any other ideas as to why Obama and the democrats hate the country so much?

Allow me to pull back the smoke and mirrors so you can see whats behind the curtain of Obamacare.

Obamacare is just one plan!  That is it, just one!

It covers things you do not want, do not need, did not ask for and cannot use.

Sterile female or single male? can't use maternity coverage?  Tough...you have to pay for it anyway!

Don't have or can't have kids?  Tough, you have to pay for pediatric dental and pediatric optical coverage anyway!

Male and don't want and didn't ask for Viagra coverage?  Tough you have to pay for it anyway! Females have to pay for this coverage too even though they cant get Viagra for themselves!

The policy has no difference in coverage no matter who or where you buy it from.

Platinum? Gold? Silver? Bronze?  Aetna, Blue Cross, Humana et al?  It's all the same policy and same coverage.

The only differences are how and how much and when you pay, if you can make someone else involuntarily pay part of your coverage and also who is in your provider network.

Those are the only differences!  All the policies cover the same things.

Obamacare is just one horrific policy that is more expensive and leaves you with less money and no choice of coverage.

The coverage violates your constitutional and civil rights in that it violates the 13th amendment and it discriminates based on sex.

How does it violate the 13th amendment?  Income redistribution!  Obama is taking money from people and making them pay for other peoples coverage in that the  money is used to pay for things that there is no way that the people he is taking money from can use and also making them pay for coverage for other people.

If that is not involuntary servitude then what is?  Does anyone have a link that explains how government mandated income redistribution does not violate the 13th amendment?

How does it violate your civil rights?  Well as an example from an Obamacare policy that I am looking at it I will talk about some coverage that I don't want and didn't ask for.

Voluntary sterilization.  For females it is covered at  100% and males it is covered at 80%  how does that not discriminate based on sex?
Not only don't I want that coverage but I have to pay for a policy that discriminates against me!

All I want to do is keep the policy I have like that lying liar who lies lyingly  said I could.

I do not want a policy that violates my constitutional and civil rights.
