Shipwreck yields estimated $500Million haul..

TAMPA, Fla. - Deep-sea explorers said Friday they have mined what could be the richest shipwreck treasure in history, bringing home 17 tons of colonial-era silver and gold coins from an undisclosed site in the Atlantic Ocean. Estimated value: $500 million.
A jet chartered by Tampa-based Odyssey Marine Exploration landed in the United States recently with hundreds of plastic containers brimming with coins raised from the ocean floor, Odyssey co-chairman Greg Stemm said. The more than 500,000 pieces are expected to fetch an average of $1,000 each from collectors and investors.
"For this colonial era, I think (the find) is unprecedented," said rare coin expert Nick Bruyer, who examined a batch of coins from the wreck. "I don't know of anything equal or comparable to it."
Citing security concerns, the company declined to release any details about the ship or the wreck site Friday. Stemm said a formal announcement will come later, but court records indicate the coins might come from a 400-year-old ship found off England.
Because the shipwreck was found in a lane where many colonial-era vessels went down, there is still some uncertainty about its nationality, size and age, Stemm said, although evidence points to a specific known shipwreck. The site is beyond the territorial waters or legal jurisdiction of any country, he said.
"Rather than a shout of glee, it's more being able to exhale for the first time in a long time," Stemm said of the haul, by far the biggest in Odyssey's 13-year history.
He wouldn't say if the loot was taken from the same wreck site near the English Channel that Odyssey recently petitioned a federal court for permission to salvage.
In seeking exclusive rights to that site, an Odyssey attorney told a federal judge last fall that the company likely had found the remains of a 17th-century merchant vessel that sank with valuable cargo aboard, about 40 miles off the southwestern tip of England. A judge signed an order granting those rights last month.
In keeping with the secretive nature of the project dubbed "Black Swan," Odyssey also isn't talking yet about the types, denominations and country of origin of the coins.
Bruyer said he observed a wide range of varieties and dates of likely uncirculated currency in much better condition than artifacts yielded by most shipwrecks of a similar age.
The Black Swan coins — mostly silver pieces — likely will fetch several hundred dollars to several thousand dollars each, with some possibly commanding much more, he said. Value is determined by rarity, condition and the story behind them.
Controlled release of the coins into the market along with their expected high value to collectors likely will keep prices at a premium, he said.
The richest ever shipwreck haul was yielded by the Spanish galleon Nuestra Senora de Atocha, which sank in a hurricane off the Florida Keys in 1622. Treasure-hunting pioneer Mel Fisher found it in 1985, retrieving a reported $400 million in coins and other loot.
Odyssey likely will return to the same spot for more coins and artifacts.
"We have treated this site with kid gloves and the archaeological work done by our team out there is unsurpassed," Odyssey CEO John Morris said. "We are thoroughly documenting and recording the site, which we believe will have immense historical significance."
The news is timely for Odyssey, the only publicly traded company of its kind.
The company salvaged more than 50,000 coins and other artifacts from the wreck of the SS Republic off Savannah, Ga., in 2003, making millions. But Odyssey posted losses in 2005 and 2006 while using its expensive, state-of-the-art ships and deep-water robotic equipment to hunt for the next mother lode.
"The outside world now understands that what we do is a real business and is repeatable and not just a lucky one shot deal," Stemm said. "I don't know of anybody else who has hit more than one economically significant shipwreck."
In January, Odyssey won permission from the Spanish government to resume a suspended search for the wreck of the HMS Sussex, which was leading a British fleet into the Mediterranean Sea for a war against France in 1694 when it sank in a storm off Gibraltar.
Historians believe the 157-foot warship was carrying nine tons of gold coins to buy the loyalty of the Duke of Savoy, a potential ally in southeastern France. Odyssey believes those coins could also fetch more than $500 million.
But under the terms of a historic agreement Odyssey will have to share any finds with the British government. The company will get 80 percent of the first $45 million and about 50 percent of the proceeds thereafter.
posted this because finding such treasure would have the same magnitude as when they eventually find a formula/system to crack/ace Powerball...Embarking on an enterprise to find a treasure in the bottom of the ocean is like attempting to crack Powerball. The treasure like Powerball winning numbers can be anywhere in the big, immense oceans of the Earth..A coordinates mean a needle size point in a basketball size ball. The FRench are very RETARDED and dumb.... do you think i care that Bush stole the presidential race from AlGore? (don't get me wrong i am glad that bush started the irak war)(and bush is my favorite President more than any president ever)But do you think i would have care if president Bush didn't become president)...What they need to steel they don't, it just to prove that certain people are dumb specially around the world...From the country that brought you Joan of Arc...And i am very dissappointed to hear that Mrs. Royal is running to be the first Female President of France...Unbelievable...They are very dumb...The first runner in France (sarkozy) is just running for show...French are retarded & dumb that's why they didn't win the World Cup... France needs to make Mrs. Royal President of France... FRANCE NEEDS TO MAKE A WOMEN PRESIDENT... That's why white people need to see things through a BLACK person's eyes...like beauty for example... And i don't care if 2 women became presidents, one in the U.S and one in France, that will be wonderful...More power to them....They too damn dumb in France....And just to think that the French call themselve a  World Power...A Power supposses to be so advanced that women can become president as many times as men.... How To ACE Lotto 6/49 & Powerball

HOW TO ACE A  POWERBALL & LOTTO6/49..... THEORY...

I thought about this like 2 & 1/2 years ago, but thought that you perhaps had to know a lot about a wheel's code/rules and how to build a wheel....I am putting this out there because, i think that with this idea we probably could CRACK Powerball too...It should be easy in theory but maybe hard to put together in real life (or maybe not)...

Here it goes: What if instead of creating ONE big wheel size 45 with a 4/5 that will cost you a vast amount of money , why not create several/lots small wheels size 17 or 15 with 4/5 and replicate it several times until you get the numbers that are going to play in the lotto on those 15 numbers or 17 numbers...What if we create several/lots small wheels size 10 that will give us a several 4/5 and replicate it but each time combining different numbers with numbers not covered previously until we have CONTAIN the 6 numbers that will play on the sized 10 wheel or until we say that all possible group of 10 numbers COVERS/CONTAINS the 6 winning numbers...

Were do i get this idea? Maybe this will help you understand what i am saying...I get the idea from the fact that "if 1 person plays a wheel size 10 he is not very likely to contain the 6 winning numbers in the group of 10...But if 200 or 100 people each play a wheel size 10 with different numbers, 1 of them is likely to cover the 6 winning numbers in his/her group of 10"....That's why i was saying why not take a wheel size 10 and replicate it but with different numbers each time so as to optimally covered all possible 6 numbers and this way contain the 6 winning numbers in 1 group of 10...And the great thing about it is that if you contain the 6 winning numbers in a wheel/group of 10 you are VERY LIKELY to have a 6/6 ticket match....(Assuming we were trying to win a pick6/49 game)...The problem with a wheel size 17 is that it will cost a lot more to replicate because a wheel size 14 for example with 2 5/6 match will cost 346 dollars while a wheel size 10 that guarantees 2 5/6 match will cost around 26 dollars (I could be wrong about the 26 dollars for i don't have the exact figure for lotterywheel does not show all the information)...And you don't have to cover all 49 numbers possible, you could put a limit, and say well i am going to cover 35 numbers or 40 numbers with my 10 sized wheel....But if you cover all possible 49 numbers you are guaranteed to have the 6 winning numbers in the 10 sized wheel around 2 times (depends how many times you repeated the 10 sized wheel)...Let's do so math now...If a wheel size 10 that guarantees 2 5/6 match will cost around 26 dollars, then for 200 dollars you should get 16, 5/6 match but i am theorizing (is a theory) that you would have around  2, 10 sized wheel with the 6 winning numbers, making it 32, 5/6 match...And 32, 5/6 match from a field of 49 is a good size covered...You are probably likely to win the particular lotto6/49....And that's a lotto6/49, imagine now a lotto6/42 or lotto6/44? YOu probably end up been a winner EVERY drawing...Why every drawing? Because you end up covering all the field of 49/42/44 numbers with a 10 sized wheel...But it wouldn't come cheap..Those 200 dollars with a wheel that guarantees 16, 5/6 numbers you have to multiply it several/lots of times; several time until you've covered all the field of 49 or 42 or 44 numbers...So if it cost you 100 times that you most multiply that 10 sized wheel of 200 dollars is going to be 200 X 100 = 20,000 (i said it would not come cheap)...But because you've covered all possible ways to contain the field of 49/42/44 numbers in the 10 sized wheel, you are GUARANTEED to have the 6 winning numbers contained/covered in the 10 sized wheel/group...And if you count the 2 times you would/should get the 6 winning numbers contained in the 10 sized wheel, that will be 16, 5/6 X 2 = 32, 5/6....If you take MA's CashWinFall for a 5/6 it pays 4,000 dollars...So 4K X 16, 5/6= 64,000, but because is 2 times is 4K X 32, 5/6 = 128,000 that you will make EVERY DRAWING...So you will spend 20,000 and gain 128,000...But if you look at Ga's Win For Life, which pays 52,000 dollars if you get a 5/6 + bonus ball...I also theorize that you should get the bonus ball on the 10 sized wheel 1 time...This would be 16, 5/6 X 52,000 = 832,000 dollars PER DRAW you would make, and guaranteed too because you are covering the field of 42 (in this case is 42), not to mention that at the same time you would be having 32, 5/6 for every drawing which could have the winning ticket...With those 32, 5/6 you would have 76% chance of having he winning ticket, EVERY DRAWING, not to mention the 64,000 dollars or 128,000 dollars or 832,000 dollars that you would be making from it on EVERY DRAWING...With those figures you are likely to win Win For Life, every month, AT LEAST....

But again this is just a THEORY....This is an idea, that you could elaborate on...The wheel doesn't have to be size 10 it could be size 9...But no less than 8 or 7 though...

To do what i mentioned you would have to have a knowledge of a field of Mathematics that describes in a way what i am trying to do with sized 10 or 9 wheels...The field is called "Set Theory" but more specifically the "Subsets" section of Set Theory and more specifically the "Proper Subset" section of "Subsets"....You would also have to have a knowledge of a field of mathematics called "Combinatorics" which has to do with combinations & permutation...And how to apply the "Combinatorics" (or how to build wheels) to the "Proper Subsets"....And this field (combinatorics) if you knew a lot about it, i think you could have ace Powerball already because this field i believe has to do with HOW TO BUILD WHEELS....

This is not just lotto6/49, the same theory could be applied to Powerball...And it should be easier because to win Powerball you need a 5/5 match of a 5/55 ...And Lotto 6 wheels are harder than lotto 5 wheels...YOu do not need a 5/55 + 1/42...Powerball is a Lotto 5/55 regular balls + 1/42 bonus ball game...If you can get the 5/5 match of the 5/55 everyonce in a while, i believe you WILL have Powerball bought..Is only a matter of time before you get the 1/42 bonus ball....

I also believe that lotterywheels.com is hidding something..They are not telling you the entire truth...I believe there are better wheels than what you see on their website....

Hackers/Swindlers & the Lottery....
Hackers are very Dumb, very slow...Why don't hackers save all that energy and try to hack the lottery, which would be perfectly legal? Why don't computer hackers become lottery hackers or gambling hackers? Because they are mentally challenged...I heard a hacker brag about him having i think it was 500K in his account...But i know is not true...Why don't hackers hack for Example "Powerball" or Florida's MegaMoney, which pays 500K a draw? Why not create a kick butt software with hot custom made wheels that will ace PowerBall.... Why go and hack corporations, gov. Facilities, etc knowing that it will give you 15 to 25 years in Prison...Not to mention the licking and screwing they are going to give you in Prison..I don't understand...

Years ago, i created a hot wheel and i won Va's Cash5, twice and it paid 50,000 dollars each time (1 one day, and 3 days later)...Unfortunately i didn't play it because i didn't and don't live in Va...That same year I did the same thing with WVa's CAsh25, and theoretically won 25,000 (i don't live in WVa either)...Is not much, but the good thing about WVa's Cash25 is that if you replicate the winning ticket 10 times you get 250,000 dollars...If you replicate the winning ticket 2 times you get 50K, if you replicate it 4 times you get 100K, and so on...And that's FOR EVERY DRAW, and there is almost a draw EVERY DAY...And i did it with 63 dollars(WVa) and Va cost me like around 100 dollars...What i did was wheel my numbers...You are going to tell me a hacker can't do it, when hackers have done things that are much clever than that? One time a hacker for example hack into CryptoLogic Inc (a company that's involved with encryption for the gaming industry) and CRACKED a gaming server...Now that calls for ingenuity...That's like a thousand/million times harder than winning the lottery...I think CryptoLOgic is one of the encryption companies that have a RNG generating the password which is numbers mixed with letter (like 10 of them) every 60 seconds or every hour...Now HOW DO YOU CRACK THAT...And yet a hacker did it....Why not take all that energy/time and hack the lottery, like Powerball & FL's MegaMOney (I don't mean hack the lottery computers, i mean the lottery)..Example, if someone had a smoking hot system and wrote to the lottery corporation and ask for 100 millions or instead he/she would win the next 8 draws...You see, the lottery will not like for someone to win Powerball 3 or more times in a row or just 3 times period...Not even 2 times...YOu probably end up getting the 100 million dollars(is my belief)...Why the lottery will not like this? Because if someone won the lottery 3 times whether is in a row or not, the first thing the lottery Corporation is going to do is perform an Inquest/Investigation/Inquiry to find out how you did it...And if you won Powerball 3 times this means that somone has a smoking hot system that could POTENTIALLY proliferate to the populace (tion), and if lots of people had this smoking hot system, then everybody is going to win the lottery at the SAME TIME you end up seeing cases where 50 people won the Powerball Jackpott, and stuff like that...This will be bad for the lottery...Actually what i mean by hacking the lottery is more cracking, because password hackers (the ones i am talking about) the correct term for them is password crackers...

And i believe that if you had knowledge of a lotto wheel's code/rule and you were aware of the small patterns the lottery gives off/show you could ace any lottery...Not only in lottery but in sport betting/gambling...What about lotto games that are based on sport/soccer (abroad like in Italy and i think Hungary, Sweeden, etc)...I wish they had those games here...(where you sort of have to bet on a soccer team)...But again that's just me..Hackers are mentally challenged...

And hackers are slow because instead of uniting and demanding that each government put in each country a lottery similar to WVa's Cash25 and Va's Cash5 (for 50Cents and 25Cents, but more exactly like WVa's Cash25 and with the same payouts as this States), but they don't; so that hackers, scammers, bank robbers, identity theavies, kidnappers perhaps [i said perhaps] street drug dealers, etc can have sort of speak a fountain where to drink water and not do evil things to get water or because they are dying of thirst...

and after all is gambling it just that is easy gambling...But this will not end evil in the world, but it will reduce i believe (not eliminate) the amount of hackers, scammers, bank robbers, kidnappers, identity thieves, MAYBE street drug dealers in lots of this countries...Tell me who does evil for spite? The answer is terrorist & the mafia...But do bank robbers rob banks for spite? No they do it because they are thirsty for water/money, because they want to live the American Dream (well is my belief)...Some live in the poorest neighborhoods and rob because they can't get jobs or are too poor to bring food to the table...And I am not talking in America i am talking in Developing countries and third world countries...Third world countries don't have 1% of the GDP of America or China has...(I don't considered China a developing country)...Third World countries they currency is a mess very volatile, I don't even know if they have a Stock Market and if they did, is not even 0.01% of productivity of that of the U.S.A's...And Third World Countries the minimun wage is 67% less than that of the U.S.A...At least in the States if someone has hardship in one state he/she can have the choice of moving to another state, but where people in a country are going to move they can move to other countries...

Not only do you need to put easy lotteries such as Va's Cash5 (but from 1 to 30) (with the 2 play options, 50 cents and 25 cents) & WVa Cash25, but you need to make available SEVERAL lottery softwares; softwares that can wheel and filter combinations...By the way we are not demanding that they make all lotteries of each country of the world easy, what we would be demanding is that they put 2 lotteries in each country in the world...Those 2 lotteries would be EXACTLY like WVa's CAsh25 and Va's Cash5, same payouts and same jackpots and same cost [except that you eliminate the 1 dollar option for Va Cash25 and you only leave the 25 cents and 50 cents option and you make it a lotto5/28 & not a lotto5/35]...And not only for swindlers, but think about women around the world (all kinds of women) and how they are treated....What about their American Dreams...This is why i feel they should put a Bingo too [how it will work i don't know yet,still figuring out] PENDING...Women are very good at Bingo...Not only should these lotteries give out 25,000 dollars but they should also give out "HOUSES"....For example the 50 cents option of the Va Cash5 replica should give out a house instead of 50K...Why a house because [PENDING]....And you could put it where instead of costing 1 dollar and paying 25K, it could cost 25 cents and pay 10,000 (with no tax taken)...Or it could be a lotto4/28...[PENDING...]

And Va's Cash5 has an aggregate payoff of $2 Million..Meaning that if you win 100K, there are up to 20 people that can claim the same prize...If you win 50K then there are up to 40 people (theoretically speaking) that can claim the same prize and if you win 25K then there can be theoretically speaking 80 winners with the same ticket (actually sort of)..But all each tier whether is 25 cents, 50 cents or 1 dollar tier jackpot payout COMBINED can not exceed 2 million dollars PER DRAW...Hope this sentence taking from their website can better explain what i am trying to say: "If the total top-prize payouts for all wagers that match 5 of 5 exceed $2 million for a single drawing, all winners who match 5 of 5 for that drawing will share $2 million, in proportion to the amount they wagered.)" and what i am trying to say is why not replicate a lotto like the Va's Cash5 but from 1-28...And if you read the part that says "For that drawing" it means that up to 2 million dollars per drawing...That's a total of 730 millions per year and it gets better, currently there are 2 drawings per day, which would mean that it will be 1 billion 460 milllion dollars per year...What could be better than a lottery like this? The only small problem with Va's Cash5 is that i feel it should be a lotto5 from 1-28 and they should eliminate the 1 dollar option all around the world, not in Virginia...

and the most amazing thing about 1 trillion dollars is that if you put that 1 trillion dollars in the bank, at 6% (though i doubt you would get 6% with that kind of money, probably you will get like 9%) earned interest in 13-16 years you would have earned ANOTHER trillion dollars from earned interests..So in 13-16 [all depends what percentage you get] years you would have 2 trillion dollars..LOL..(by the way i've already seen banks offer 9% here in Panama)....

If you laugh at me or think i am way off about the swindlers part to the point that you think i should not even think off those people? Well my friend, i am trying to offer a solutions to some of the world's problem...And what about America's fascination with heists, bank robbing, hacking, blood, crime?Who watches more bank robbing and blood and heits, and crime in movies you or me? If i watch bank robbing i take it symbollically and not literally, where i think they are talking about the lottery and not a really bank robbing...I don't understand, how can you be more addicted to violence than to porn...Some people think with the left side of the brain others think with the right side of the brain...Some people are right handed, others are left handed..

Free College Scholarships for Everyone..

LOTTERY MONEY GOING "ONLY/SOLELY" TO HIGHER EDUCATION--Theory (just trying to make the world better)...
 
One thing i thought you could do is let all the 50% or 60% of the money collected from the lottery go SOLELY into Higher Education..Right now i think a good portion of the money goes to lower education and the rest goes to higher education in the form of the HOPE scholarship...Why not Let it pay for colleges and Graduate schools scholarships and in the form of grants...Right now you need a GPA (grade point average) of 3.0 to get the HOPE scholarhip (a scholarship that pays your university/college)[Here in Georgia, U.S]...But if you let the money collected from the lottery go (fund) ONLY to higher education, you can give yourself the luxury of lowering the 3.0 GPA to 2.7 or 2.5 (LOL), to get a scholarship or grants; all depends on you....Just imagine if in your country, the GPA to get a scholarship was 2.5? Is not only scholarship but grants too...You could "reach to the masses of students"; students that otherwise suffer hardship to go to college and live in the getthoes or are minorities, now have the chance to succeed...This would mean that there will be mass of students (almost everyone) with degrees and Bachelors Degree & Masters....You could give yourself the luxury of lowering the GPA of Graduate school to a low GPA (i don't know is up to you how you want to set it up)...Do you know what it will mean if the majority if not all of the students in your country had graduated from college or Graduate school? This would be a milestone in human society; a level never reached by a human society...Not everyone would be able to get a job of course, but at least your country's youth has reached a milestone...Specially women..All this AMERICAN youth with degree could afford to travel to other countries and get jobs there because they will be overqualified...One keyword is: OVERQUALIFICATION...A lot of young people will be OVERQUALIFIED in their respective field...Plus it will encourage learning...
I know it will be drastic and radical...Young kids in highschool and elementary will not get funding...But it will be for their own good and i mean that's the price you would have to pay for allowing the majority of students to enter college...
teens and kids in elementary school and high school will not get funding, but at least there is a GIGANTIC (to the point of almost guaranteed) chance they will get into college if they so desire..Why because the GPA to get a scholarship would be like 2.5 Which is not hard to get...
I originally emailed this to the embassies of India around the world to see if India would adopt this theory, but no one listen to me...This theory i designed it for the country of India originally...
