The "W" in Christmas
Each December, I vowed to make Christmas a calm and peaceful experience. I had cut back on nonessential obligations -- extensive card writing, endless baking, decorating, and even overspending. Yet still, I found myself exhausted, unable to appreciate the precious family moments, and of course, the true meaning of Christmas.
My son, Nicholas, was in kindergarten that year. It was an exciting season for a six-year-old. For weeks, he'd been memorizing songs for his school's "Winter Pageant."
I didn't have the heart to tell him I'd be working the night of the production. Unwilling to miss his shining moment, I spoke with his teacher. She assured me there'd be a dress rehearsal the morning of the presentation. All parents unable to attend that evening were welcome to come then.
Fortunately, Nicholas seemed happy with the compromise.
So, the morning of the dress rehearsal, I filed in ten minutes early, found a spot on the cafeteria floor and sat down. Around the room, I saw several other parents quietly scampering to their seats. As I waited, the students were led into the room. Each class, accompanied by their teacher, sat cross-legged on the floor.
Then, each group, one by one, rose to perform their song. Because the public school system had long stopped referring to the holiday as Christmas," I didn't expect anything other than fun, commercial entertainment - songs of reindeer, Santa Claus, snowflakes and good cheer. So, when my son's class rose to sing, "Christmas Love," I was slightly taken aback by its bold title.
Nicholas was aglow, as were all of his classmates, adorned in fuzzy mittens, red sweaters, and bright snowcaps upon their heads. Those in the front row-center stage -- held up large letters, one by one, to spell out the title of the song. As the class would sing "C is for Christmas," a child would hold up the letter C. Then, "H is for Happy," and on and on, until each child holding up his portion had presented the complete message, "Christmas Love."
The performance was going smoothly, until suddenly, we noticed her; a small, quiet, girl in the front row holding the letter "M" upside down -- totally unaware her letter "M" appeared as a "W."
The audience of 1st through 6th graders snickered at this little one's mistake. But she had no idea they were laughing at her, so she stood tall, proudly holding her "W." Although many teachers tried to shush the children, the laughter continued until the last letter was raised, and we all saw it together. A hush came over the audience and eyes began to widen. In that instant, we understood the reason we were there, why we celebrated the holiday in the first place, why even in the chaos, there was a purpose for our festivities?
For when the last letter was held high, the message read loud and clear:
"C H R I S T W A S L O V E"
And, I believe, He still is.
Amazed in His presence..
Humbled by His love.
May each of you have a Merry Christmas as you reflect on His Amazing
Love for us...
I hope you enjoyed your Christmas Story, it made me cry. It made me cry the 2nd time, when I had to put in this newsletter.
We won nothing in last night’s drawing, and I did go to Kroger to double check our tickets.
No one won the Jack Pot in last night’s drawing so it’s going up.
The Mega Millions jackpot for the drawing on Tuesday, December 19th, 2006 is $40 million. I get the Cash Value from: www.ohiolotttery.com. The estimated cash value of this jackpot is $23,923,440.
I take that figure and divide it by 60 (# of Shares). Here is want you would get before any attorney fees, taxes or tithes:
| Number so Shares Purchased | Amount you Could Win |
| .5 | $ 199,362.00 |
| 1 | $ 398,724.00 |
| 1.5 | $ 598,086.00 |
| 2 | $ 797,448.00 |
You have three tickets valid from Friday November 24th, 2006 thru Tuesday December 26th, 2006. You still have $4.00 in your bank.
Here are your numbers:
| Numbers | Mega Ball | Dates Valid |
| 27 34 35 41 48 | 42 | 11/24/2006 thru 12/26/2006 |
| 05 06 13 40 52 | 17 | 11/24/2006 thru 12/26/2006 |
| 07 10 15 22 41 | 05 | 11/24/2006 thru 12/26/2006 |
Be careful what you put in the closet.
A woman takes a lover home during the day while her husband is at work.
Her 9 year old son comes home unexpectedly, sees them and hides in the
bedroom closet to watch.
The woman's husband also comes home. She puts him
over in the closet, not realizing that the little boy is in there already.
The little boy says, "Dark in here."
The man says, "Yes, it is."
Boy - "I have a baseball."
Man - "That's nice."
Boy - "Want to buy it?"
Man - "No, thanks."
Boy - "My dad's outside."
Man - "OK, how much?"
Boy - "$250"
In the next few weeks, it happens again that the boy and the lover are in
the closet together.
Boy - "Dark in here."
Man - "Yes, it is."
Boy - "I have a baseball glove."
the lover, remembering the last time, asks the boy, "How much?"
Boy - "$750"
Man - "Sold."
A few days later, the father says to the boy, "Grab your glove, let's go
outside and have a game of catch. The boy says, "I can't, I sold my baseball and my glove."
the father asks, "How much did you sell them for?"
Boy -"$1,000"
The father says, "That's terrible to overcharge your friends like
that....that is way more than those two things cost. I'm going to take you
to church and make you confess."
They go to the church and the father makes the little boy sit in the
confession booth and he closes the door.
The boy says, "Dark in here."
The priest says, "Don't start that again, you're in my closet now."

$ 1,128,571.42
I am real excited that this Jack Pot is now at One Million per Share!
I now have six of the original seven members pay for Game Two. So far no new members have joined. As I said before, if all seven pay the same amount for Game Two and all seven pay, then I will just purchase more tickets for this game (Game One) and we will continue playing.
At Citi, we get paid on the 15th of December, and I am working that day. So if everyone pays me by the 15th, and pays the same amount, then I will just add the money to this game and NOT open Game Two.
Since I have no new members in Game Two, I can do that.

I don’t believe it. We did NOT win anything in Tuesday’s drawing. I think you know that I purchased every even Mega Ball for this group, and normally we will win something at least once a week. I can NOT believe that every week an Even Mega Ball will pop up that we don’t have!
The good news is that no one won the Jack Pot, so we still have 64 lines for Friday’s drawing (and we will have $40.00 in our bank).
The Mega Millions jackpot for the drawing on Friday, December 15th, 2006 is: $30 million ($18 million cash option)
I get my Cash Option from www.ohiolottery.com. They tend to have the most accurate. The Cash Option for Tuesday’s drawing is:
$17,974,830.00
This game has 51 members, but I sold 64 shares ($640.00 in tickets) so I will divide Cash Option by 64 to get our payout. Please remember this figure is before any attorney fees, taxes or tithes.
| Numbers of Shares Purchased | Your Share of winnings |
| .5 | $ 140,428.35 |
| 1 | $ 280,856.71 |
| 1.5 | $ 421,285.06 |
| 2 | $ 561,713.42 |
| 4.5 | $ 1,263,855.19 |
We have 4 more draws in this game. This game will be extended, so Game 30 will start on January 2nd, 2007.
So this means anyone who wants to play in Mega Million Lottery Pool – Game 30 has until Friday December 29th, 2006 to pay for their share(s) to be in the game. I should be working on that Friday, so you can pay your dues out of your last paycheck for 2006 (if you work for Citi).
For my out of state members, as long as I have your money in my Post Office Box by Saturday December 30th, 2006, you can be in Mega Million Lottery Pool – Game 30.

Smart Cats
Four men were bragging about how smart their cats are.
The first man was an Engineer, the second man was an Accountant, the third man was a Chemist, the fourth was a Government Employee.
To show off, the Engineer called to his cat,
"Tsquare, do your stuff."
Tsquare pranced over to a desk, took out some paper and a pen and promptly drew a circle, a square, and a triangle.
Everyone agreed that was pretty smart.
But the Accountant said his cat could do better. He called his cat and said, "Spreadsheet, do your stuff."
Spreadsheet went out into the kitchen and returned with a dozen cookies. He divided them into 4 equal piles of 3 cookies each.
Everyone agreed that was good.
But the Chemist said his cat could do better.
He called his cat and said, "Measure, do your stuff."
Measure got up, walked over to the fridge, took out a quart of milk, got a 10 ounce glass from the cupboard and poured exactly 8 ounces without spilling a drop.
Everyone agreed that was good.
Then the three men turned to the Government Employee and said, "What can your cat do?".
The Government Worker called to his cat and said,
"CoffeeBreak, do your stuff."
Coffee Break jumped to his feet, ate the cookies, drank the milk, crapped on the paper, screwed the other three cats, claimed he injured his back while
doing so, filed a grievance report for unsafe working conditions, put in for Workers Compensation and went home for the rest of the day on sick leave..

Where is your beard?
After many years, a young Jewish Talmud student who had left the old country for America returns to visit the family.
"But--where is your beard?" asks his mother upon seeing him.
"Mama," he replies, "in America, nobody wears a beard."
"But at least you keep the Sabbath?"
"Mama, business is business. In America, everybody works on the Sabbath."
"But kosher food you still eat?"
"Mama, in America, it is very difficult to keep kosher."
The old lady ponders this information and then leans over and whispers in his ear, "Isaac, tell me--you’re still circumcised?"

I’m sorry that I am getting this newsletter out so late. I was my intention to get it out later. I found out on the 6th we had won some money in Hot Lotto and I decided to fund the $6.00 so this group could have more tickets.
I purchased your Cash Five ticket yesterday, on they way home from work. It was my intent to send out this newsletter last night, before the Cash Five drawing, Power Ball, or Hot Lotto. You know what they say: “The road to hell is pave with good intentions.”

Cash Five
Thanks to your $6.00 win in Hot Lotto, you now have one Cash Five ticket until Friday, December 15th, 2006.
Your Numbers:
| Cash Five Numbers | Dates Valid | Notes |
| 06 17 27 28 32 | 12/09/06 –12/15/06 | $6.00 came from Hot Lotto Win. |

I was just sick; I had spent $20.00 of my own money in this game for one draw. (I never do that, it’s kind of like doing scratch offs.)
Oh well, this game moves up quickly, so maybe next time. We ticket until Christmas.
The next Jack Pot is worth $200,000.00 for Monday December 11th, 2006.
Your numbers:
| Numbers | Bonus Ball | Dates Valid | Notes |
| 06 18 29 34 | 30 | 11/23/06 – 12/25/06 |
|
There are 16 of us playing, so ff we win we each would get $12,500.00. (This is before any Taxes, Tithes, or Attorney fees)

Lotto Texas
We won nothing in this game. (My Lotto Texas Lotto Pool won nothing either.) The good news is that no one won the Jack Pot.
Your numbers:
| Numbers | Dates Valid | Notes |
| 11 12 23 35 45 54 | 11/25/06 – 12/27/06 |

The next game is on Wednesday, December 13th, 2006.

Mega Millions
We do have three numbers good until Tuesday November 24th, 2006. Now we won nothing. But, we only have 3 numbers, too.

The Jack Pot is now at $22 Million.
The estimated cash value of this jackpot is $13,197,360
16 divided by $13,197,360 = $824,835.00 for each of us. This is before any attorney fee’s, taxes or tithes.

Hot Lotto
Okay, this newsletter took the longest to write, because finding a web site to check your numbers on is hard. Hot Lotto is only played in the following states: District of Columbia, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, or West Virginia.
The Web Site for District of Columbia will tell you if you have any numbers, but do not tell you if how much you win. In Kansas I couldn’t even find a location to check your numbers.
I liked Iowa’s web site: www.ialottery.com, but it’s a little tricky getting to the place where you can check your numbers.
The tickets are good for 15 draws.
Here are you numbers:
| Hot Lotto Numbers | Hot Ball | Dates Valid | Notes |
| 11 26 29 32 39 | 19 | 11/25/06 – 01/13/07 |
|

| 12/6/2006 | 23 | 25 | 26 | 30 | 36 | 6 | $4 |
I funded this $6.00 today, so I could buy this group more tickets.
The next drawing for this game is on Saturday December 9th, 2006. The new Jack Pot is now worth $15,680.000.00. The Cash Option is worth $9,530,000.00.
With 16 of us playing we are looking at $595,625.00. You know this is before any attorney’s fees, taxes or tithes.
I have not checked tickets for last night’s drawing.

Power Ball
Minnesota Man Claims $47 Million Jackpot

For more than a month, an accountant from Lakeville was unknowingly carrying a Powerball jackpot ticket worth more than $47 million in his wallet. Michael Hawes said that he “had no idea” that one of the two winning jackpot tickets for the Nov. 1, 2006 drawing was purchased in Minnesota.
On December 4 Hawes returned to the store to purchase pop, but stopped at the customer service desk to purchase a new ticket. Hawes asked the service counter clerk to scan the tickets that he had in his wallet. When the winning ticket was scanned, it caused a message to print that indicated that the ticket must be validated at the Lottery’s headquarters. The store employee looked at the November 1 winning numbers and realized that they matched the numbers on Hawes’ ticket. “He said, ‘Those are your numbers!’” Hawes recalled. Hawes said that he left the grocery cart where it was and left the store with the ticket. “I was shaking,” said Hawes.
Hawes purchased the winning ticket at Cub Foods in Bloomington. The retailer will receive a $50,000 bonus for selling a winning Powerball jackpot ticket. The winning ticket was an 8-draw ticket, valid for the Powerball drawings from Nov. 1, 2006 – Nov. 25, 2006.
I was happy to read that a multi-draw ticket won, because all we have are multi-draw tickets.
We have the most numbers is this game, and no wins. It’s strange that we only have two numbers in Hot Lotto, but have won twice.

The New Jack Pot for Saturday, December 9th, 2006 is worth $25 Million, the Cash Option is worth $12,300,000.00.
There are 16 of us playing in this game, so that means each of us would get $768,750.00. This is before any attorney fee’s, taxes or tithes.
I have not checked tickets for last night’s drawing.
Other Information
Okay, I still have not spent the November dues, because I have two people not pay. So this is what I’m going to do.
On January 1st, 2006, I will launch a new edition of PowerBall. If you want to be in Die Hard Multi-Lottery Pool Game XI, you will need to have paid your November and December dues by the 31st of December. If not, you will be leaving this club.
I have tried to find people were Die Hard Players and could pay the $10.00 per month by the end of each month. And for a long time, I was able to do that.
People ask me to join this game all the time. I explained the rules carefully and discourage people from playing. (If you play in Mega Millions and only play every other game, you should not be in this game.)
My problem is that I have $140.00 in this games bank to spend on more tickets, but I can’t because 2 people never paid their November dues. This money could be spending on Cash Five, Texas Two-Step, or Lotto Texas tickets. It made me sick to see someone in Denton walk away with $1.15 Million and we only had one ticket. Yet, I had $140.00 waiting to be spent.
Now I have more out of state/out of town people playing with me than ever before. All of them seem to be able to send me checks weeks or months in advance. If I only have those people playing I would never be carrying around dues unspent, we would have more tickets.
So this is my decision, I will take all the money from November and December and buy tickets for Die Hard Game XII. If I don’t have your money by the due date you will NOT be in the next game.
Now, if you have paid for Nov dues, I can either refund you your money or can put you in the Next Mega Game. Or you could join my Lotto Texas Pool - I will let you decide once I start Game XII.
Your $10.00 is due on or before Sunday December 31st, 2006

Okay this is not quite as good as Mega Million Game 28 – They are still playing with $4.00 still in their bank. But, at the very least, I’m not reporting to you a Zero Win this week.

I thought it was interesting that we won on the same line two times in a row. And these same numbers won $3.00 back in October 13th, 2006! We must have stumbled on some “hot” numbers.
No one won the Jack Pot, so it’s going up.
The Mega Millions jackpot for the drawing on Tuesday, December 12th, 2006 is: $22 million ($13 million cash option)
I get my Cash Option from www.ohiolottery.com. They tend to have the most accurate. The Cash Option for Tuesday’s drawing is:
$13,197,360.00
This game has 51 members, but I sold 64 shares ($640.00 in tickets) so I will divide Cash Option by 64 to get our payout. Please remember this figure is before any attorney fees, taxes or tithes.
| Numbers of Shares Purchased | Your Share of winnings |
| .5 | $ 103,104.37 |

| 1.5 | $ 309,313.12 |
| 2 | $ 412,417.05 |
| 4.5 | $ 927,939.37 |
With $40 and still 5 more draws in this game, I can safely extend this game and start Game 30 in 2007. I’m grateful because I think I have to work on Friday December 29th, 2006 and wasn’t sure who I was going to open a new game with me not getting home until 9:30 p.m.

| 1 | $ 219,956.00 |

| 2 | $ 439,912.00 |

Moses replied, "The last time I spoke to a bush, we starved for 40 days!"

$ 957142.85
I am real excited that this Jack Pot is now close to one million per person. I would love to see us win this anytime after the Cash Option gets to $7 Million. (Okay we can win it Saturday and you will hear no complaints from me.)
I now have six of the original seven members pay for Game Two. So far no new members have joined. As I said before, if all seven pay the same amount for Game Two and all seven pay, then I will just purchase more tickets for this game (Game One) and we will continue playing.
At Citi, we get paid on the 15th of December, and I will be off that Friday and Saturday. I can easily purchase us more tickets for that Saturday’s Game.
Calling the Last Rites
A man is struck by a bus on a busy street in New York City. He lies dying on the sidewalk as a crowd of spectators gathers around. "A priest! Somebody get me a priest!" the man gasps. A policeman checks the crowd but finds no priest, no minister, no man of God of any kind.
"A PRIEST, PLEASE!" the dying man says again. Then out of the crowd steps a little old Jewish man of at least eighty years of age.
"Mr. Policeman," says the man, "I'm not a priest. I'm not even a Catholic. But for fifty years now I'm living behind St. Mary's Catholic Church on Third Avenue, and every night I'm listening to the Catholic litany. Maybe I can be of some comfort to this man."
The policeman agrees and brings the octogenarian over to the dying man. He kneels down, leans over the injured and says in a solemn voice: "B - 4. I - 19. N - 38. G - 54. O - 72."

I must confess, I was born at a very young age
-- Groucho Marx
I want to thank all who wrote me words of encouragement. I was kind of down when I wrote the last newsletter. But, I confess, I do get real depressed when someone wins the Jack Pot and it’s NOT us.
My internet was down the last couple of days. My inbox was full, and it will take several days to clear it. So I was going crazy not knowing if we won or not.
I finally got out this afternoon and Kroger gave me $36.00. I knew we had the bonus ball, but was unsure where the remainder came from.
So in checking www.txlottery.com I found these wins for us.
| Matched | Prize | Date | Numbers Drawn (Mega Ball) |
| 3 of 5 | $ 7 | 12/5/2006 | 6 - 9 - 13 - 43 - 46 (45) Megaplier 4X |
| 0 of 5 + BB | $ 2 | 12/5/2006 | 6 - 9 - 13 - 43 - 46 (45) Megaplier 4X |
So we won $9.00 x 4 = $36.00. Now, the clerk at Kroger must of missed added because she rang up my wins as $44. That figure seem strange to me, and then she got the calculator and re-added my wins and came up with $36.00. So I couldn’t wait to get home and see if she did it right.
I did not buy us any more tickets right now, I thought I would wait until closer the end of the game, when the Jack Pot is higher.
The Mega Millions jackpot for the drawing on Friday, December 8th, 2006 is: $15 million ($9 million cash option)
I get my Cash Option from www.ohiolottery.com. They tend to have the most accurate. The Cash Option for Tuesday’s drawing is:
$9,041,595.00
This game has 51 members, but I sold 64 shares ($640.00 in tickets) so I will divide Cash Option by 64 to get our payout. Please remember this figure is before any attorney fees, taxes or tithes.

Plaster of Parish
A crumbling old church building needed remodeling, so, during his sermon, the preacher made an impassioned appeal looking directly at the richest man in town. At the end of the sermon, the rich man stood up and announced, "Pastor, I will contribute $1,000."
Just then, plaster fell from the ceiling and struck the rich man on the shoulder.
He promptly stood back up and shouted, "Pastor, I will increase my donation to $5,000."
Before he could sit back down, plaster fell on him again, and again he virtually screamed, "Pastor, I will double my last pledge."
He sat down, and a larger chunk of plaster fell on his head.
He stood up once more and hollered, "Pastor, I will give $20,000!"
This prompted a deacon to shout, "Hit him again, Lord! Hit him again!"

Goat for Dinner
The young couple invited their aged pastor for Sunday dinner. While they were in the kitchen preparing the meal, the minister asked their son what they were having. "Goat," the little boy replied.
"Goat?" replied the startled man of the cloth, "Are you sure about that?"
"Yep," said the youngster. "I heard Pa say to Ma, 'Might as well have the old goat for dinner today as any other day.'"

Now as you all must know, someone in Ohio stole, I mean, won our Jack Pot.
This is one of my largest games I’ve had. I purchased $640 worth of tickets – We have all Even Bonus Balls – And many of the Odd Bonus Balls. Can you believe we still have not won a dime on this game?
I checked the tickets by hand this morning, and like so other morning I got up early to see what the new Jack Pot was, after seeing that Ohio stole, there I go again, I meant won the Jack Pot, I plunged into a depression.
I work hard at these Pools, and I am losing faith. I was so unconvinced that we had for the third time that I when to Kroger to check our tickets. (Nothing changed; we still did not win a dime.)

ONE MEGA MILLIONS TICKET WINS ESTIMATED $40 MILLION JACKPOT; Ticket Sold In Ohio Matches All Six Numbers To Win
One ticket matched all six Mega Millions numbers in the Friday, December 1, 2006 drawing, and now players are checking their tickets to see who won the estimated $40 million jackpot. The jackpot-winning ticket, which was purchased in Whitehall, Ohio, matched the numbers 16-22-23-37-53 and the Mega Ball number 35.
But that certainly wasn’t the only winner in Friday’s drawing. A total of 415,702 tickets won Mega Millions prizes. Here is the complete breakdown of prizes:
1 ticket matched all 6 numbers for the JACKPOT!
5 tickets matched 5 numbers for $250,000
19 tickets matched 4 numbers + the Mega Ball for $10,000
1,008 tickets matched 4 numbers for $150
1,132 tickets matched 3 numbers + the Mega Ball for $150
18,905 tickets matched 2 numbers + the Mega Ball for $10
52,949 tickets matched 3 numbers for $7
117,358 tickets matched 1 number + the Mega Ball for $3
224,325 tickets matched the Mega Ball for $2
Five tickets came within just one number of winning it all. Each of them matched the first five numbers and only missed the Mega Ball number. Those tickets were purchased in California, Georgia (2) and Texas (2).
The jackpot for the Tuesday, December 5, 2006 Mega Millions drawing is $12 million.
Mega Millions is played in 12 states: California, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Texas, Virginia and Washington.

Powerball Jackpot Won in North Carolina!
25 Tickets Win $200,000 to $600,000 Each!
Powerball paid off in BIG ways on November 29th. One lucky ticket in North Carolina matched all 6 numbers and walked away with the $74.5 million jackpot. The holder of the winning ticket sold at Shell Travel World, I-95 and 903, Halifax, NC, will now have to decide to either take the 29-year, 30-installment annuity, or the one time cash “lump sum” amount of $36,071,688.
An incredible 17 tickets correctly matched the 5 white numbers and won $200,000. These tickets were sold in Colorado (1), Connecticut (3), Indiana (2), Louisiana (2), Minnesota (1), Missouri (2), North Carolina (1), New Hampshire (1), Pennsylvania (1), Rhode Island (2), and Tennessee (1).
I have to work tomorrow, and I’m not certain that I will be able to stop by the Post Office to check mail. But, I will make the attempt. I will be going by the Post Office for sure on Sunday morning before going to work.
Other Information
I’m sorry; I was not able to buy us more tickets today. But, I only collected $140.00 of the $160.00 I needed to buy tickets. I’ve not heard from either party as to whether they want to continue to play or not, so I’m assuming that I’ve lost two players.
Not, I’m not in a position to start a new Die Hard game. I’m doing four games right now, and starting a new Die Hard game would mean 5 newsletters.
Now, I have heard from two more people who live out of state, who want to play in some (or all) of my pools. One of the men lives in West Virginia, and if he wants to play in Die Hard, I will not object. Maybe I can continue to keep Hot Lotto in this game.

And the final one -- Author and lecturer Leo Buscaglia once talked about a contest he was asked to judge. The purpose of the contest was to find the most caring child.
The winner was a four year old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife.
Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman's yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat there.
When his Mother asked what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said, "Nothing, I just helped him cry"

Today's Quote

When we heal the earth, we heal ourselves.
-David Orr
I can not believe that we won nothing in Tuesday’s drawing. We have 64 lines, but few odd numbers. And I always try to get 7 as a bonus ball, but 7 seldom comes up, so I was too worried.
Since this game has started we won Zero Dollars!
In Game 4, so many years ago, we didn’t anything the whole time we played, but on the final draw we won $150.00. Maybe on December 26th, 2006, this group will win the Jack Pot.
The Mega Millions jackpot for the drawing on Friday, December 2nd, 2006 is: $40 million ($24 million cash option)
I get my Cash Option from www.ohiolottery.com. They tend to have the most accurate. The Cash Option for Tuesday’s drawing is:
$24,952,080.00
This game has 51 members, but I sold 64 shares ($640.00 in tickets) so I will divide Cash Option by 64 to get our payout. Please remember this figure is before any attorney fees, taxes or tithes.
| Numbers of Shares Purchased | Your Share of winnings |
| .5 | $ 194,938.12 |
| 1 | $ 389,876.25 |
| 1.5 | $ 584,814.37 |
| 2 | $ 779,752.50 |
| 4.5 | $ 1,754,443.12 |
I really would like to win something in this game, so I could extend it. Then I could start Game 30 after January 1st, 2007. However, I’ve had two more people write me out of state who want to play. Since they will be new members, I will be starting Game 30 on Friday December 29th, 2006.
