This article was in USA Today of November 5, 2004. The Air Force is requesting $7.5 million to study psychic teleportation. It also discusses remote viewing experiments that some of us have been conducting here.

The columns on the right are an attempt to measure the success. The higher the number, the better the predictions. There is a 1 in 2.74 draws chance of hitting a 1 out of 5 in 47 (CA lottery). The mega number is ignored. That means that randomly you should get one right in every 3 draws or so. The quick picks are doing that. The top red number is the cumulative success of my predictions (the average of all rows), the blue of the quick picks. The reason the red is higher than the blue is because down below, past where I cut it off, there is a 3 out of 6 in my predictions. However, my current lull is watering down that lead. The stats in those  two columns are not accuracte to the lottery's odds, but good enough to measure pernormance between quick picks and predictions, since I am applying the same rules.

Look how dead my predictions have become. I am BELOW random average now, and the quick picks are pulling ahead. I have been talking about changing my approach, and I need it badly. Those skeptics amongst you that think this is all baloney, you have more ammunition now. If I were less resilient, I would give up and walk away.

But I don't give up this quickly, just because I flop completely for a month. I will keep plugging away. In the meantime, I play two lines every drawing, and perhaps I'll just get lucky.

I don't know what I would say if I all of a sudden hit a high win. Would I think it's due to my psychic abilities? No way. I would think it's luck.

As you might have noticed, I have stopped posting every drawing.  No point in boring you with lackluster results. An occasional update should be sufficient. When something changes significantly, I'll let you know.

When I look at the last 9 drawing results of the CA SuperLOTTO, I see repeat sequences (red) and mega numbers (blue) and direct repeats (green). Two facts come to mind:

1. Any of the filters I read about in LP would probably throw these out.

2. A neural net could probably be trained to detect these patterns. This is getting more promising.

My psychic number predictions are appoaching average. I am continuing the quest, but I am anxious to move to ideograms. Need to do more programming before I can implement, though, so I will stick with the numbers for now.

I picked up a Forbes magazine on a flight from Cleveland to San Diego last week - it happened to be the Forbes 400 issue, showing the 400 richest Americans. Number 389 is Heinz-Kerry, with a net worth of about 750 million dollars. That makes John Kerry one of the wealthiest politicians in the country, if not the wealthiest. Only Ross Perot was ahead of him. Bush, of course, is not on that list, but he also does not have to worry about paying the rent every month. A man whose father was a career politician and the president of the United States, who was governor of Texas himself, whose brother is also a governor, and who is president now, I would certainly consider part of the privileged class of our society.

It makes me wonder how those two people can stand up in front of the country, both of them, and tell us that they are looking out for the middle class. I don't believe either one of them has the foggiest idea what it's like to live a middle-class life in this country.

I am buying regular gasoline at $2.38 in San Diego right now. I know what it is like. They do not.

Focus.

I remember being 14 years old and discussing politics and  religion with my parents. And it made my blood boil. And it made their blood boil. There seems  to be something about  those two topics that makes people go up in flames. Best friends are ready for fist fights.  Then, you  leave those topics alone, and you're friends again.

I hope that those that are offended or assaulted by my personal views are aware of the fact that it's not personal. I am a gentle person who does not generally go on the offensive, who usually keeps fairly quiet on issues, because there are so many angles, so many sides to view a situation from, and every  time I think I have something figured out, somebody  comes and shows me another side.

More sides to be uncovered....

Start an illegitimate war.

End up getting 1000 Americans killed for no good reason. They are certainly not defending our country.

End up getting tens of thousands of innocent Iraqis killed.

Spend $150 billion of our money and counting.

And now stand up and crucify Kerry, because "what kind of message do we send our troops when we tell them it's the wrong war, in the wrong place, at the wrong time?"

Please Mr. Bush, you started all this. Had you not started this illegitimate war, we would not have to send any messages to our troops, and 1000 young Americans would still be with us today.

Give us a break.

From the dearth of posts and blogs about psychic future predictions, I am starting to come to the conclusion that I might be the last psychic standing - and I am not even a psychic. I am plowing steadfastly ahead, however, regardless of the fact that my results are asymptotically approaching the quick pick results. Over time, if there is nothing psychic going on, that would be what I should expect.

Jelly and Konane, for the most part, have been contributing with encouragement, new material and feedback. For that I am grateful. Jelly's image mapping approach is my next endeavor. However, I don't think I want to start with 49 images only. That would be too guided, and I would be making up my imagery from the set of known images within just a week or two. I think I need at least 500 images, 1000 or more would be better, so I have no way of knowing what they are. Then I will need to write a randomizer program that assigns random images to the drawn numbers after each drawing. Those 6 random images are what I then visualize and transmit to the collective subconscious. The images will only be good for a single drawing and transmit session. They will be discarded and calculated randomly each time. That should ensure a largely blind experiment.

Now, I need to find a place where I can collect a good set of images, all approximately the same size, resolution and quality, topically diverse so there is no pattern. The topics need to include places, buildings, animals, food, toys, people, cartoons, art, landscapes, machines, etc. They should all be jpegs, so they are small.

I know I can go online and collect stuff one at a time. However, downloading, cropping, clipping, saving in consistent normat and size, would take days and days for 1000 images. Does anyone know of a source for such material? I don't mind paying for a CD. The problem with most sources I find is that they are topically related. I can find animals, buildings, nudes, art aplenty. But it's never mixed up very well.
