Why couldn't Healthcare.gov validate Obama's identity?

Bombshell in attempt to sign up president for insurance plan

NEW YORK – The White House appears to have dropped a bombshell when it explained to the press why White House staff in Washington enrolled President Obama in Obamacare instead of Obama himself.

Officials said it was because HealthCare.gov could not verify Obama’s identity.

Here is what Ed Henry, Fox News White House correspondent, reported on air:

“Somebody who’s not waiting in line to enroll is the president of the United States. We learned today from the White House. Initially, they said he signed up for what they called a bronze plan, paying about four hundred dollars a month in premiums. But, then they came back to us and said – ‘Well, wait. He didn’t actually enroll. They said his staff did it and that’s because of his unique circumstance obviously, as commander-in-chief, that his personal information is not in various government databases, so Healthcare.gov could not actually verify his identity, oddly enough. So, he had to do it in person this weekend, so he was signing up for the D.C. exchange, but his staff did it.”

A CBS report in Washington, likewise, explained White House staff had to go to an “in-person” Obamacare site to sign up Obama for coverage.

The Fox News report,  noted by the Gateway Pundit, set off a round of speculation on the Internet.

What information was so sensitive for Obama that it had to be excluded from government databases?

Clearly, the information was not his Social Security Number or his birth records, because the White House has claimed to have made public both.

On May 5, 2010, WND published a report documenting that WND researchers were able to find, through an ordinary search of the Social Security database online, the Social Security Number Obama has been using.

In the same article, WND also reported Obama was using a Social Security Number set aside by the Social Security Administration for applicants with addresses in Connecticut. Public records, meanwhile, provide no evidence Obama ever had an address in the state.

On April 27, 2011, the White House released a form the White House claimed was Obama’s long-form birth certificate, making public Obama’s date and place of birth.

The White House also releases annually on a timely basis the income tax returns for Obama and Vice President Joe Biden, with the Social Security Numbers missing. Yet for the purpose of filing the IRS return, there appears to be no exception allowing the president or the vice president to omit their Social Security Numbers.

The Healthcare.gov website says the only information required for applying for health-care coverage on the government exchange is a Social Security Number, employer and income verification, and the policy numbers of any current health-insurance plans.

As indicated above, WND reported after Obama took the oath of office that the Social Security Number he currently is using could be found through a public search on the Social Security website.

None of the other information required, as seen on the above Healthcare.gov “Marketplace Application Checklist,” appears to be information that would be included in a government database for any U.S. citizen prior to applying for health insurance.

While the policy numbers of existing health-insurance plans covering members of the household would be protected for all citizens under various state and federal privacy statutes, the information does not appear to reach the threshold where national-security concerns would require keeping the information secret for the commander in chief under a national-security classification.

E-Verify ‘flagged’ Obama SSN

On Sept. 12, 2011, WND reported the Social Security Number being used by Obama did not pass a check with E-Verify, the electronic system the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security created to verify whether or not prospective employees have the required authorization to work legally in the United States.

In that article, WND published the “Self-Check” page from E-Verify that clearly listed a “Notice of Mismatch with Social Security Administration (SSA) Records.”

As seen below, Obama’s Social Security Number produced a mismatch that warranted a visit to the Social Security Administration to investigate the discrepancy.

The checked reason for the mismatch notice was: “SSA record does not verify. Other reason. SSA found a discrepancy in the record.”

The graphic below shows a Social Security Administration website page that indicates the response “SSA record does not verify, other reason” is to be interpreted as “Special indicator present,” with the reference to three E-Verify sections.

Further research revealed that the SSA adds “Special Indicator codes” to identify Social Security numbers that individuals obtained fraudulently.

According to an audit report authored by the Office of the Inspector General, Social Security Administration, titled “Effectiveness of Special Indicator Codes on the Social Security Administrations Numident File,” dated August 2008, there were nine special indicator codes as of November 2008:

2. Noncitizen Not in Status
3. Multiple SSNs with Different Identities
4. Scrambled Earnings with New SSN Assigned
5. SSN Obtained Using Fraudulent Documentation
6. SSN Assignment Based on Harassment/Abuse/Life Endangerment
7. Fictitious Identity
8. Fraud – OIG Investigated
9. Fraud SSN Misuse

WND obtained a copy of an affidavit from Linda Jordan, a private citizen who entered Obama’s Social Security Number into the “Self Check” section of the E-Verify website and found it to be flagged as likely being fraudulent.

“Eight of the Special Indicators have to do with fraud of some kind,” Jordan said. “It looks to me like the SSN Obama is using has been flagged with a Special Indicator suggesting fraud.”

WND’s request for comment in September 2011 to the media office of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security went unanswered.

Whose Social Security Number is Obama using?

As seen below, U.S. Air Force Col. Gregory Hollister, retired, obtained from the Social Security Administration verification that the Social Security Number currently being used by Obama is a number that was never issued to him.

Yet, WND has independently verified that Obama is using the Social Security Number in question.

As seen below, WND confirmed in an article published Feb. 2, 2011, that Obama’s Social Security Number links to Obama in the online records maintained by the Selective Service system. Inserting Obama’s Social Security Number into the online Selective Service search engine produces a valid Selective Service Number identified with Obama.

On Nov. 30, 2010, WND reported that the Social Security Administration has decided to randomize all future Social Security Numbers issued, beginning on or about June 25, 2011, in a move that will eliminate state-specific assignment of the Social Security Numbers.

Without further ado, here’s the comprehensive list of Barack Hussein Obama’s dirty laundry (note: you can download a pdf version throughout sections of the list):

• $6 trillion in new national debt under Obama…after he promised to decrease the deficit.

• Obamacare — A massive and incredibly convoluted bill which exponentially increases the federal government’s control over our personal lives…which neither Obama nor a single Democrat even read before passing, and which will likely bankrupt the nation.

• In both the 2008 and 2012 presidential elections, the Obama campaign purposely disabled the credit card verification system for its Web site donations, allowing anyone from any foreign country to donate with no limit and no proof of identity; in both elections it was demonstrated that people overseas and people with obviously false identities were able to donate to Obama campaign, in direct violation of several laws. To this day it is not known what percentage of Obama’s campaign funds are illegally obtained, since there is no documentation.

• Billions of taxpayer dollars gambled on “green” companies like Solyndra, NextEra, Ener1, Solar Trust and many others — all of which went bankrupt.

• Unemployment at or above 8% for almost his entire term in office (which was actually closer to 15% actual unemployment).

• Operation Fast & Furious — a government-sponsored illegal gun-running scheme designed to purposely go awry so as to induce public outcry for gun control.

• Spent 20 years listening to a racist anti-American pastor (Rev. Jeremiah Wright), whom Obama described as a mentor. On March 18, 2008, Obama gave a speech in which he said “I could no more disown Jeremiah Wright than I could disown my own grandmother” and “[Wright's church, Trinity United] embodies the black community in its entirety.” Now Obama tries to pretend that Jeremiah Wright doesn’t exist, and that his extremist anti-white philosophy didn’t influence Obama’s worldview.

• Increased the percentage of Americans dependent on food stamps to unprecedented levels (now over 15% of the nation’s population).

• Militarily intervened in Libya in 2011 without the Congressional approval required by the War Powers Act — technically an impeachable offense.

• Before he entered politics, Obama worked as a lawyer suing banks in landmark cases, forcing them to give home loans to unqualified minority borrowers — a practice now understood as one of the primary initial causes of the eventual housing bubble and market collapse.

• Handed out over 1,200 waivers to politically connected donors exempting them from the onerous requirements of Obamacare.

• Greatly expanding the number of unaccountable “czars,” which essentially amounts to unilaterally adding new federal departments with no congressional oversight — leading to a true “bureaucracy” in the original sense (rule by unelected bureaucrats).

• Using taxpayer dollars to bail out the private pension funds of autoworkers’ unions at GM & Chrysler.

• Illegally ending the welfare-to-work requirements passed by Congress.

• Doling out $800 billion in stimulus cash for “shovel-ready” jobs that didn’t exist — the money just evaporated with no measurable economic benefit.

• Alienating and isolating Israel, our strongest ally in the Middle East.

• Apologizing to Islamists and terrorists for offending them.

• Under Obama’s watch, for the first time in history America’s credit rating was downgraded, due to his poor economic policies.

• Stopped American oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, allowing other nations with worse environmental records to drill instead — thereby managing to both weaken our economy and damage the environment simultaneously.

• Proposed in 2008 to intentionally bankrupt the coal industry — and now lies to voters and workers in coal-producing regions about his true intent.

• Pretends to be concerned about skyrocketing energy prices, when in fact he vowed to increase them on purpose (so as to make alternative energy schemes more competitive.)

• In a primary debate against Hillary Clinton in 2008, Obama said he would never force people to buy health insurance, since those without it couldn’t afford to buy it. Less than two years later, he rammed through Obamacare, which does indeed force people to buy health insurance.

• During the 2008 campaign, Obama repeatedly promised that if he was elected “No family making less than $250,000 will see any form of tax increase.” This promise was broken over and over again once he was elected.

• In 2008 Obama vowed if elected to increase security along the U.S.-Mexican border — and then in 2010 stopped construction of a “virtual fence” on the border and re-routed money earmarked for border security to other projects.

• Cash for Clunkers, which doled out taxpayer money to anyone who wanted to replace their old cars, but which mostly only ended up subsidizing the puchase of foreign-made cars by people who could have afforded them on their own anyway; meanwhile, the traded-in cars were all destroyed, creating a shortage and thereby increasing the cost of used cars, hurting the pocketbooks of poor people.

• Violated the U.S. Constitution by authorizing assassinations and drone strikes to kill American citizens abroad — without due process.

 

• Was caught on a “hot mike” promising the President of Russia that he would cave in to their demands for a weaker missile shield — after he was re-elected and no longer had to keep up the pretense that he sought to defend America.

• Appointed Van Jones, a former avowed communist who supported a “9/11 Truth” petition, to be “Green Jobs Czar.”

• Appointed Anita Dunn, who said Chairman Mao was her “favorite philosopher,” to be White House Communications Director.

• Appointed John Holdren, who perviously entertained the notion of forced mass sterilzation to stop overpopulation, to be Science Czar.

• Appointed Steven Chu, who openly advocated an artificial increase in gasoline prices to $10/gallon (and similar increases in other energy prices) to be Secretary of Energy.

• Appointed Kevin Jennings, who led a group that promoted X-rated “sex-positive” textbooks for 13-year-olds, instructed teenagers at a conference how to perform “fisting” (anal penetration by fists), who refused to report instances of statutory rape, and who expressed admiration for a member of NAMBLA, to be America’s “Safe School’s Czar.”

• When states voted to enforce the federal immigration laws which the federal government refused to enforced, Obama sued to stop them.

• Blocked continued construction of the Keystone Pipeline, thereby intentionally reducing energy resources for the US and forcing Canada to sell more of its oil to China.

• Repeatedly changed his position on gay marriage over the years, depending on what was politically expedient at the moment and which intended audience he was addressing.

• Before he was president, Obama staunchly opposed raising the national debt limit — but once elected, he insisted that it be raised.

• When giving a 2009 speech in France that he must have assumed Americans would never hear, he described the United States as “arrogant” and “dismissive” (while also criticizing Europe elsewhere in the speech).

• When states tried to stop election fraud with voter ID laws, Obama sued to prevent them from doing so.

• Instructed Attorney General Eric Holder to stonewall any investigation into the voter intimidation case against the New Black Panthers.

• Promised in 2008 that once elected he would officially recognize the Armenian Genocide; but to this date he has still failed to do so, caving in to threats and pressure from Turkey.

• Vowed to end the influence of lobbyists in Washington, but under Obama’s watch their influence has only increased.

• When he was first running for President, Obama promised, “I will not sign any non-emergency bill without giving the American public an opportunity to review and comment on the White House website for five days.” Needless to say, he has broken that promise with almost every bill he has signed since.

• Aided and abetted the “Arab Spring” which deposed existing secular governments across North Africa, leading to a regional power vacuum which was filled by Al Qaeda, the Muslim Brotherhood, and other hardline Islamists.

• Refused to provide assistance or support the the earlier secular Iranian democracy uprising, allowing them to be crushed by the Islamic fundamentalist Iranian regime.

• In his first months in office, Obama bowed to the king of Saudi Arabia, the president of China, the Emperor of Japan, and President of Mexico, among others.

• Ordered NASA to make one of its top priorities not space exploration or scientific research but “Muslim outreach.”

• Used Obamacare as a pretext to greatly increase the size and power of the IRS (which was given 16,000 new agents and additional mandates to penalize taxpayers for noncompliance).

 

• Used the IRS to harass conservative businesses.

• In the GM bailout, he illegally shortchanged investors who according to bankruptcy laws were first in line to be recompensed; instead, he gave their share to the unions.

• Shut down oil drilling in the US, but then turned around and lent $2 billion to Brazil to support their government-controlled oil-drilling effort — and then promised the US would become one of Brazil’s biggest oil customers.

• Sued Boeing in an effort to control where businesses could locate, kowtow to the unions, and block the creation of 1,000 jobs in South Carolina, a right-to-work (i.e. no forced unionization) state.

• Adopted a longstanding Socialist political slogan, “Forward!”, as his 2012 campaign motto.

• Sent insulting form letters to the familes of dead SEALs.

• Neither disavowed nor distanced himself from anti-Romney campaign ads which threatened or implied violence against Republicans.

• Shortly after the recent eruption of anti-American violence in North Africa, Obama went to Las Vegas to do his debate preparation in a hotel…with a romanticized North Africa theme.

• Said in an interview that the Muslim call to prayer was “one of the prettiest sounds on earth at sunset.”

• Union boss and far-left activist Andy Stern has visitied Obama in the White House at least 53 times, at last count — greater access than any other private citizen.

• Hosted at the White House many Islamist members of groups associated with Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood, etc.

• Sponsored performances by and attended fundraisers with radical rappers like Michael Franti and Common, both of whose lyrics have in some cases been anti-police, anti-white, and anti-America.

• Hired Timothy Geithner, who is documented as cheating on his own personal taxes, to be Secretary of the Treasury.

• Told Joe “the Plumber” Wurzelbacher that it was good to “spread the wealth around.”

• Told small business owners nationwide in a 2012 speech that “you didn’t build that” — implying that they should not claim credit for their own success, since taxpayers (i.e. themselves and other business owners) had funded the national infrastructure.

• Insulted the British people by rudely returning to them a bust of Churchill which previously had been a ceremonial gift on display at the White House; when later confronted on this inexplicable action, he lied about it.

• Canceled plans to complete a missile defense shield in Poland, a move which was highly praised by Russia — the very nation whose missile threat would have been neutralized if the shield had been completed.

• By loudly publicizing (for personal political gain) the identity of exact SEAL teams who had killed Osama bin Laden, Obama made them a target for reprisals by Islamists; a short time later 22 SEALS were shot down and killed in Afghanistan, their worst loss of life ever.

• Established an extra-Constitutional top secret “kill list” of people (including Americans) Obama claims the right to kill on sight, and then bragged about it publicly.

• Set up a special email account, “Flag@Whitehouse.gov,” to which Americans were supposed to inform the government of anyone they heard spreading “disinformation” about Obama’s health care overhaul. (This was the first of three different “spy on your friends and neighbors” programs.)

• “Attack Watch” was Obama’s second Big Brother attempt, a Web site on which you would report “attacks” on Obama’s proposals and ideology; it was quickly shut down due to outrage and mockery.

• Finally, Obama set up the “Truth Team” program which encouraged citizens to report to the government any friends or relatives they hear repeating “lies” about Obama. The Truth Team site still exists.

• Twisted the arms of defense contractors to not issue layoff notices in early November, so as to avoid causing bad news for Obama right before the election — even though federal law (the “WARN Act”) requires such notices.

 

• After the attacks on American interests in North Africa on September 11, 2012, Obama gave a speech to the U.N. and declared “The future must not belong to those who slander The Prophet of Islam” — transferring the blame from the attackers onto the makers of a film trailer that supposedly “offended” the Islamists.

• Repeatedly snubbed and got into public tiffs with Benjamin Netanyahu, who as the leader of Israel is supposed to be Obama’s closest colleague in international affairs.

• On May 19, 2011, Obama told Israel they must return to the 1967 borders as a pre-condition for continuing talks with the Palestinians — even though the status of the borders was the main issue the talks were supposed to address.

• Encouraged politically biased hiring practices in the Justice Department.

• Soon after taking office, Obama rescinded the “Mexico City Policy,” which previously had banned NGOs which are supported by American taxpayer funds from using those funds to perform abortions in foreign countries.

• Attempted to force returning veterans to pay huge increases for their health coverage…as a way to generate more funding for his Obamacare provisions.

• In June of 2011, he anointed his own underage daughters as “senior staff members” so that their vacation to Africa would be paid for with taxpayer money.

• Interviews with high school classmates revealed that Obama was a heavy and frequent user of marijuana in his teenage years (not to mention his self-admitted cocaine use in college).

• Played over 100 rounds of golf during his first three years in office, meaning that he was on the links close to 10% of the days he has been president.

• Voted to allow post-birth abortions (i.e. facilitating the deaths of babies who survive late-term abortions) not just once but three times in a row as an Illinois state senator.

• The pastor whom Obama selected to give the national benediction at his 2009 inauguration recently declared that “all white people are going to Hell.”

• Sided with Hugo Chavez and the Castro regime regarding the Honduran Constitutional Crisis of 2009, the first time ever that the U.S. formed a political alliance with socialist governments in Latin America.

• Obama Administration OKed the nomination of Chas Freeman to chair the National Intelligence Council (which coordinates intelligence reports from all government agencies), despite the fact that he was openly hostile to Israel and strongly favored Arabist goals. (He later withdrew under pressure.)

• Chinese pianist Lang Lang played an offensively anti-American song at a 2011 White House dinner where Obama hosted Chinese president Hu Jintao, to the delight and amazement of the communist Chinese visitors, while Obama just sat there and smiled (the song’s Chinese lyrics describe Americans as “warmongering jackals”).

• There was a great deal of (still unverified) suspicion that the company LightSquared received favorable treatment from the Obama administration for approval of its broadband technology which interfered with the GPS system; an Air Force general claimed he was pressured by the Obama administration to downplay his criticism of LightSquared’s technology in sworn testimony.

• Obama’s Department of Energy awarded $529 million to Fisker Automotive to build their Karma hybrid electric cars — even though they are manufactured in Finland, cost over $100,000 each, and tend to explode.

• When Inspector General Gerald Walpin discovered during a 2009 investigation that one of Obama’s political allies (the mayor of Sacramento) was misusing government funds for personal gain, Obama unceremoniously fired Walpin — even though rooting out fraud was the job description of the Inspector General.

• More than once Obama made so-called “recess appointments” when the Senate was not actually in recess, which directly violates Constitutional rules about how appointments must be made; in each case it was his way of getting his political allies into certain key positions without them being vetted or approved by the Senate, as required.

• After Nidal Malik Hasan massacred 13 people at Fort Hood while shouting “Allahu Akbar” so as to become a martyr for Islam, the Obama administration refused to classify his action as “terrorism” and instead deemed it merely “workplace violence.”

• Despite the fact that the Falkland Islands have been part of Great Britain since 1833 and that Great Britain is supposed to be our strongest ally, Obama essentially sided with Argentina in its new claim on the Falklands, not only by adopting the Argentine position that their status is open to negotiation, but even by (attempting to) refer to the islands by their Spanish name (Malvinas).

 

• Convened the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform (a.k.a. the Simpson-Bowles commission) in order to address a major economic crisis…and then summarily dismissed and ignored their recommendations.

• Criticized the Supreme Court’s legal reasoning (about the Citizen’s United decision) during a State of the Union address, which many considered a dangerous precedent as it appeared to place political pressure on the court, violating the Constitution’s separation of powers; but his bullying seems to have later paid off, when the Supreme Court apparently altered its Obamacare decision so as to not ruffle any political feathers.

• On April 27, 2009, Obama’s staff (possibly at his direction) ordered Air Force One to make an unnecessary very low flight over part of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty, which many residents mistakenly assumed must be a second 9/11 attack in progress; turned out that it was just a stunt to get a photo op of Obama’s plane next to the Statue of Liberty.

• Obama somehow managed to insert mentions of himself into the official biographies of earlier presidents on the White House Web site — even presidents from the 19th century. After public outcry, the narcissistic Obama mentions were quietly removed without comment.

• Intentionally misquotes the Declaration of Independence in speeches, often leaving out the words “by their Creator” in the famous passage “…are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights,” which Obama instead has recited as “…are endowed with certain unalienable rights.”

• In June of 2009, Obama’s Solicitor General (and now Supreme Court Justice) Elena Kagan filed a legal brief to prevent the families of 9/11 victims from appealing their lawsuits against the Saudi royal family for financing the 9/11 attacks.

• The 2009 National Christmas Tree in the White House was decorated with ornaments depicting Chairman Mao, a drag queen, and a picture of Mount Rushmore that included Obama’s own head next to George Washington’s.

• Compelled Catholic and other religious organizations to provide health plans with free contraception, even though such requirements violate their rights of religious freedom and conscience.

• It was revealed only after Obama became president that during the 1990s he was a leading member of the “New Party,” a socialist-aligned far-left radical group in Chicago.

• Lied about his close associations with former Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers; pretended the two barely knew each other, when multiple sources document they were friends and close colleagues for years.

• When Obama was inaugurated as President on January 20, 2009, he at first flubbed the oath of office, so he had to re-take it behind closed doors for his inauguration to be valid. He did so, but during this second, true inauguration in private, he purposely failed to place his hand on a Bible, as is traditional — the first president ever to not swear the oath of office on the Bible.

• Obama’s own author bio in his literary agent’s catalog and on their Web site stated for 17 consecutive years that he was born in Kenya; this claim remained intact despite other portions of the bio being altered and updated repeatedly. It was only in 2007 after he decided to run for the presidency that the “born in Kenya” claim was taken down. The original info must necessarily have come from Obama himself; some theorize he likely falsely claimed foreign birth in order to gain admission or scholarships in college, and never bothered to fix his lie.

• After winning the 2008 election but before being sworn in, Obama bombastically concocted the official-seeming “Office of the President-Elect” as if it was some kind of real government department; in fact, it was just a self-congratulatory title he made up to look important before he actually became president.

• Obama administration came up with the bizarre euphemism “man-caused disasters” to describe acts of terrorism — because he wants to downplay terrorism as a significant political issue.

• For three years in a row his official budget proposals to Congress received exactly zero votes — not even a single vote from Democrats.

• Relied on an Islamic fundamentalist militia group called “The Martyrs of the February the 17th Revolution Brigade” to provide security at the American mission in Benghazi — and they not only failed to prevent the attack but perhaps even joined in on it.

• During the debate over Obamacare in 2009, Obama bluntly stated that doctors like to perform amputations rather than practice preventive medicine for no other reason than that they make a greater profit from amputations. The American College of Surgeons demanded an apology, which never arrived.

• Since 2008 the Los Angeles Times has been in possession of a videotape showing Obama honoring and praising anti-Western anti-Israel academic Edward Said, but they have steadfastly refused to release it to this day, for no discernible reason other than their belief it would damage Obama’s reputation.

• When the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe recently held a conference on human rights, Obama sent an American representative — Salam al-Marayati, a Truther who blamed Israel for the 9/11 attacks and who also praises Hezbollah and Hamas. To the nations of Europe, al-Marayati spoke for all Americans on the topic of human rights.

• Obama’s Department of Homeland Security specifically warned that Americans who are “dedicated to a
single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration” are potential terrorists, as are libertarian-minded voters who “favor of state or local authority” over centralized power. These “rightwing extremists” (who hold political beliefs shared by a majority of Americans) are deemed a greater threat to the nation than actual revolutionaries or jihadists.

Today, the Obama administration announced that people whose insurance plans were cancelled this year will “temporarily” be exempted from the individual mandate. Here’s how they’re doing it — and what it means for the law.

1. The individual mandate includes a “hardship exemption.” People who qualify can either ignore the individual mandate altogether or purchase a cheap, bare-bones catastrophic insurance plan that’s typically only available to people under age 30.

2. According to HHS, the exemption covers people who “experienced financial or domestic circumstances, including an unexpected natural or human-caused event, such that he or she had a significant, unexpected increase in essential expenses that prevented him or her from obtaining coverage under a qualified health plan.”

3. Today, the administration agreed with a group of senators, led by Mark Warner of Virginia, who argued that having your insurance plan canceled counted as “an unexpected natural or human-caused event.” For these people, in other words, Obamacare itself is the hardship. Obama is not a Pathological Liar, He is an Ideological Liar

In the midst of the series I am writing in which I am detailing the existence of governmental plans to brutally subjugate the people, it dawned upon me that a President can have all the draconian legislation behind him that he needs to carry out a brutal agenda against his people or a segment of his population without having the psychological makeup to do so. This article examines whether Obama has the psychological make-up to carry out such an agenda.

Obama will be president for another three years barring bad health or an impeachment followed by a successful conviction. Therefore, it is prudent to ask a very important question; Does President Obama have the psychological makeup to carry out a heinous agenda against a large segment of the American people? Most Americans will initially scoff at the notion that this President could be judged to be psychologically impaired. What makes we Americans so sure that all of our leaders could take on the traits of a Stalin, Pol Pot, Mao and Hitler? People should remember that many from Hitler’s party were democratically elected and Germany had a constitution prior to the Nazi takeover.

The Preconditions Needed for a Brutal Martial Law Takeover

Dictators invariably emerge on a scene at a time of great conflict. State-sponsored genocides frequently follow coups, civil wars or can become part a national landscape in a declared martial law.

Economic crises often provide a backdrop from which roundups of dissidents are conducted, families are separated, undesirables are executed and genocide can take place.  Often, a particular segment of a society is ostracized and used as scapegoat in order to provide a point of unification for a people in crisis in a classic divide and conquer strategy. Further, leaders of a brutal martial law movement grant themselves legal immunity from prosecution by making their heinous actions legal before they occur.

Many of these preconditions are in evidence in modern day America. The American economy is in the worst shape than at any time in our history as it is in near free fall in which the interest payments on the debt exceed our revenue as a nation. Obama, as well as members of his administration, have engaged in the “divide and conquer” strategy of race baiting. Obama’s incessant fanning of the flames of the Trayvon Martin case is an excellent example of a president who is dividing a nation instead of helping heal a nation.

Obama has done nothing but polarize this nation along the lines of gay rights, forcing the issue of abortion and contraception upon an unwilling public through Obamacare, promoting the rights of illegal aliens over that of citizens, promoting black vs. white division, Muslim vs. Christian, poor vs. rich and Christian vs. non-Christian. America has no shortage of potential sparks for division in this country thanks to this president’s ineffective and suspect leadership. Finally, through the NDAA and Executive Order 13603, this President has given himself the authority to do anything he deems necessary in a time of his choosing.

In the final analysis, I judge the conditions to be ripe for a brutal martial law crackdown to occur for the reasons listed in the previous paragraph. The $64 million dollar question is whether or not this president has the psychological make-up necessary to carry out just such an agenda.

In one of my former careers, I worked as a therapist for convicts, sentenced by the courts to a large halfway, inpatient, residential center. During my two years at this facility, I encountered various mental illnesses which manifested in a person’s behavior in a variety ways. Diagnostics and prescribing a course of intervention were my main duties. I performed many roles in this facility ranging from individual and group counseling, family group counseling and I administered several aspects of a life skills education program. Today, I teach these clinical intervention skills to undergraduate and graduate students. For the purposes of this article, I am going to use my professional expertise in an effort to assess if President Obama is capable of carrying out an agenda of extreme repression against the American people.

The Baseline Elements of Analysis

History has shown that most of brutal dictators of the past have shared three mental illnesses, namely, Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), Paranoid Personality Disorder (PPD) and Antisocial personality disorder (ASPD).

Before analyzing President Obama according to these criteria, based upon observed public behaviors, please allow me to make a few general observations with regard to these three conditions. NPD sufferers believe that they are entitled to special privilege and that the rules of society apply to others but not to them. PPD individuals are people who are unusually suspicious in situations in which most people would not be concerned. They frequently change allies and lack stable relationships in their lives. Finally, ASPD people are a combination of what we used to call a sociopath and a psychopath. These people are capable to doing great harm to another human being without feeling any empathy and remorse. This is the central element in the personality structure of a person who would commit genocide against their own people.

Narcissistic Personality Disorder

In order for a person to be diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) they must meet five or more of the following symptoms:

•  Is preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success, power,brilliance, beauty, or ideal love

• Believes that he or she is “special” and unique and can only be understood by, or should associate with, other special or high-status people (or institutions)

• Requires excessive admiration

• Has a very strong sense of entitlement, e.g., unreasonable expectations of especially favorable treatment or automatic compliance with his or her expectations

• Is exploitative of others, e.g., takes advantage of others to achieve his or her own ends

• Lacks empathy, e.g., is unwilling to recognize or identify with the feelings and needs of others

• Is often envious of others or believes that others are envious of him or her

• Regularly shows arrogant, haughty behaviors or attitudes

Five out eight of these symptoms are sufficient cause to warrant a positive diagnosis. Obama is one of the most self-righteous people on the planet and we have numerous quotes which exemplify this point.

“We are five days away from fundamentally transforming America”. Very few Americans had no idea what Obama meant by that quote. Five years into his presidency, it is clear that Obama meant to turn this country into an impoverished nation devoid of civil liberties. This is the ultimate expression of the communist legacy that he is trying build.

This president does not tolerate normal criticism which comes with the territory of being a president. He has consistently sponsored legislation which inhibits the constitutionally guaranteed rights of legitimate protest with his support of the NDAA. This is the ultimate in haughtiness.

Obama exhibits extreme signs of feeling a sense of entitlement. His incessant misuse of the power of executive orders provides prima fascia evidence that “his will be done” and that he is above the law with regard to violating the constitutional rights of the American people.

Obama is an extremely exploitative person. However, in the grand scheme of politics, it is survival skill to take advantage of people in one’s climb to the top. Therefore, is Obama exploitative by nature, or, do the political realities of his position dictate the emergence of this trait as a survival skill? The jury is out on this one.

“You did not build that business”. Remember that insulting and impersonal slap in the face of every small business owner in America? This statement is reflective of Obama’s view that nobody is bigger than “my” government.

The President’s recent statement in which he bragged he was really good at killing people by using drones speaks to his extreme level of insensitivity.

Of the eight traits associated with this disorder, I see seven of the eight with the eighth trait not being supported due to a lack of evidence.

President Obama clearly suffers from NPD. People with NPD can indeed function to some degree in society. However, they often make very ineffective leaders because they almost always put their needs ahead of the needs of the people they purport to serve.

Paranoid Personality Disorder

To make a positive diagnosis for this disorder, I would have to possess intimate details about the life of Obama. Unfortunately, that information is not readily available. Here are the traits of PPD.

• Suspects, without sufficient basis, that others are exploiting, harming, or deceiving him or her
• Is preoccupied with unjustified doubts about the loyalty or trustworthiness of friends or associates
• Is reluctant to confide in others because of unwarranted fear that the information will be used maliciously against him or her
• Reads hidden demeaning or threatening meanings into benign remarks or events
• Persistently bears grudges (i.e., is unforgiving of insults, injuries, or slights)
• Perceives attacks on his or her character or reputation that are not apparent to others, and is quick to react angrily or to counterattack
• Has recurrent suspicions, without justification, regarding fidelity of spouse or sexual partner

Certainly Obama’s known childhood experiences, especially with that of living with Frank Marshall Davis, undoubted scarred him and left him with feelings of extreme abandonment. This factor, alone, could prove to be the breeding ground for PPD.

As I have previously covered, I know that most of his first degree relatives were involved in MK Ultra. Certainly the breeding ground for PPD are in place given his unstable background.

Since we lack highly detailed information about his personal life, it is difficult to affirmatively diagnose Obama with this disorder, except for one thing. Since becoming president, Obama has fired nearly 200 command level officers from the military. In contrast, President Bush fired two. This would be the expected actions of a highly paranoid individual in that he would dismantle the command structure of military in such a significant manner. Although I cannot point to the fact that Obama has a requisite number of traits which determines that he is suffering from PPD, I think it is highly likely.

Antisocial Personality Disorder

Of all the mental illnesses we could examine with regard to a leader’s propensity to commit extreme violence against his people, this would be the most concerning of all the mental illnesses. This disorder also happens to be where Obama has exhibited extreme pathological behavior with regard to this affliction. The traits of ASPD are as follows:

• Failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviors as indicated by repeatedly performing acts that are grounds for arrest

• Deceitfulness, as indicated by repeated lying, use of aliases, or conning others for personal profit or pleasure

• Impulsivity or failure to plan ahead

• Irritability and aggressiveness, as indicated by repeated physical fights or assaults

• Reckless disregard for safety of self or others

• Consistent irresponsibility, as indicated by repeated failure to sustain consistent work behavior or honor financial obligations

• Lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to or rationalizing having hurt, hey may display a glib, superficial charm and can be quite voluble and verbally facile (e.g., using technical terms or jargon that might impress someone who is unfamiliar with the topic). Lack of empathy, inflated self-appraisal, and superficial charm are features that have been commonly included in traditional conceptions of psychopathy and may be particularly distinguishing of Antisocial Personality Disorder in prison or forensic settings where criminal, delinquent, or aggressive acts are likely to be nonspecific. These individuals may also be irresponsible and exploitative in their sexual relationships. mistreated, or stolen from another.

We know that this administration fired two senior command officers and prevented them from attempting to rescue Ambassador Stevens and his bodyguards, at Benghazi, while the attack was in progress. We also know that he and other senior level members of his administration watch by drone as the events unfolded and culminated in the deaths of Stevens and his team. As I have documented on this website, the evidence points to the fact that Stevens was the conduit which connected Obama to the arming of al-Qaeda in support of the Libyan and Syrian rebels.

 

Obama’s use of drones to kills not only foreign nationals, but three American citizens, speaks to his depraved indifference to human life. The fact that he is continuing the war in Afghanistan, despite his campaign promises to the contrary, speaks to his absolutely reckless disregard for human life. People have been killed by drones as they attend weddings, babies die in their mother’s arms and children are maimed and killed by these machines and Obama brags that he is good at killing people with drones.

Obama has extreme superficial charm. After all, he twice fooled a nation of sheep with his manufactured demeanor. Obama is highly impulsive. His assistants do not know if he will attend an intelligence briefing or will he be on the golf course.

President Obama has never held a real job. He has served as a community agitator (err community activist), a state senator, a less than a one-term US Senator and then of course, a President. Where is his employment history? The bottom line is that this President has never held a regular job.

The President has engaged in repeated acts of lying and breaking the law as witnessed by the events at Benghazi, the NSA spy scandal, the IRS harassment scandal, Obama’s spying on AP reporters, Fast and Furious gun running to the Mexican drug cartels, etc. This administration has been little more than one great big criminal enterprise.

The sum total of Obama’s actions demonstrate a willful disregard for the welfare of others. ASPD individuals frequently use aliases. Do you think that “Barry”, the student, attending Occidental College would ever do such a thing?

Of the seven traits listed above, one would have to claim the presence of four of the seven traits in order to justify a diagnosis of ASPD. I see six of seven traits being exhibited by President Obama. His superficial charm, his lack of remorse for his heinous acts and his inability to learn from his mistakes, unquestionably cast him in the role of being an ASPD individual.

Conclusion

Obama may or not be paranoid, although his treatment of the military would indicate that he is. Unquestionably, President Obama is suffering from NPD and ASPD. This is very concerning because a leader with NPD would not hesitate to put his needs ahead of the country that he is leading. This fact, combined with his definitive diagnosis, of an ASPD sufferer means that a person with the combination of these two traits would not hesitate to carry out acts of extreme violence against individuals and groups perceived as being a threat to the authority and position of President Obama.

We, indeed, have much to be concerned over. We can only hope that the next three years will quickly pass and Obama will not have the ability to act fast enough to preserve his tenure in office, should that ever be threatened. For a person with this psychological profile, would not likely hesitate to enact false flag attacks and engage in the extreme persecution of individuals and groups deemed to be a threat if it meant preserving his Presidency.

Never in American history have we had an administration so ripe for impeachment. The Obama Administration is a house of cards built upon lie after lie, but Obama was telling the truth when he said he was going to fundamentally transform America, and he has.

The list of impeachable offenses committed by the Obama Administration over the last five years would require a few encyclopedia volumes to fully chronicle. Focusing on ObamaCare alone, it is the single largest theft of 1/7th of the U.S. economy, placing the Federal Government in direct control of health and the life and death of citizens and seizing enormous resources from the private sector.

ObamaCare was rushed through congress without the support of a single Republican vote. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled ObamaCare “unconstitutional” in June of 2012. Still, it is being implemented as if it were constitutionally legal.

Impeachment of Obama could also be pushed through the House without a single Democrat vote. But House Republicans lack the decency and backbone to do it. Were Democrats bothered by the fact that they had to ram through ObamaCare without a single Republican vote in congress? Why are House Republicans scared to use that same power against Democrats?

Despite a totally anti-American first term from Obama, Republicans lost eight seats in the House and two seats in the Senate in the 2012 elections. Democrats control the Senate with a 55-45 seat margin and it is this fact that Republicans use to escape their duties in the House, controlled by Republicans on a 234-201 margin. (See facts here)

Impeachment must begin in the House where Republicans could advance an impeachment resolution against the Obama regime without a single Democrat vote today. But such a resolution would have to pass the House Judiciary Committee, which would then issue the actual Articles of Impeachment.

The first problem is that House Republicans are more concerned with voter backlash than doing the right thing for America. In a nation of voters with their hand out for federal free stuff, Republicans fear that conservatives are now a minority in America and they could be right, as far as the actively engaged. Too many conservatives are still sitting on the sidelines.

Here’s the second problem… The House Judiciary Committee is also controlled by Republicans at present, by a 23-17 margin. However, at least eight of the seventeen Democrats on that committee are not really democrats at all. Each of the eight are known card-carrying members of one or more of the following organizations – Communist Party USA – Socialist Party USA – Democratic Socialists of America. It could be as many as fourteen of the seventeen if they all came clean in public about their memberships and agendas.

So, House Republicans would have to advance an impeachment resolution on a strict party line vote, after which the House Judiciary Committee would have to pass Articles of Impeachment against the work of seventeen committee Democrats, at least eight of whom are confirmed communists and socialists. The committee would have to pass impeachment articles on a party line vote as well.

If House Republicans had the courage to go this far on their own, it would force hearings on impeachment to begin, during which the American people would get to hear a mountain of evidence against the Obama regime and public perceptions and opinions would shift away from the leftist Obama regime as the public became aware of the many affronts to American freedom and liberty taking place under the current regime in DC. Without impeachment, most Americans will remain ill-informed and disengaged.

Now comes problem number three… According to many who proclaim their opposition to the ongoing destruction of America, the Democrat Senate would never convict Obama under impeachment, with their 55-45 margin in the Senate. Anticipating a strict party line vote again in the Senate, 55 Democrats could block the effort to hold the Obama regime accountable for its anti-American acts.

To this I say… force Senate Democrats to do exactly that!

Expose all of the treasonous acts of the Obama regime in a very public impeachment process and force Senate Democrats to acquit for the whole world to witness! Make Senate Democrats stand up in public for what they really stand for today, the total destruction of the American Constitutional Republic. Make them defend the treasonous acts of their party and their chosen messiah.

Frankly, Republicans have nothing to lose. Their current refusal to stand up and do the right things has already divided their party to the brink of total extinction. Most Americans see congressional Republicans as nothing more the “yes-men” for the political left, at best making impotent gestures of opposition while silently going along with the anti-American global plan to destroy America.

If Republicans don’t make a serious stand fast, their party is all finished anyway. So, they have nothing to lose and everything to gain by taking a real stand for America and forcing Democrats to take a public stand for treasonous international interests against the American people.

That brings us to problem number four…. Blogger “experts” who claim that Obama “cannot be impeached because he isn’t the real president of the United States…”

I have no doubt whatsoever that all members of congress, all nine members of the U.S. Supreme Court and probably every American state governor would disagree with this notion…. They all believe that Barack Obama is the elected president of the United States, even though they all know that his selection was via massive fraud.

As all of these people would refute the notion that Obama is “not the real president of the United States,” he will remain the occupant of the Oval Office until he is removed via impeachment, because impeachment is the constitutional method for removing an unfit occupant of the Oval Office.

In the end, nothing is going to happen that the American people do not force to happen. I recently heard again, a call for the “forced resignation” of Obama & Co…. last I knew, resignation was a “voluntary” act. I’m not sure how one can “force” the current administration to “resign.” I have to wonder about the thought process that leads anyone to believe that this group of Marxists would ever leave power “voluntarily.”

Not only that, the same individual is stating that “impeachment won’t work…” ignoring the fact that it was the threat of impeachment and criminal prosecution that “forced” Nixon to resign.

I heard a well-known talking head call for a constitutional convention, and then say it wasn’t actually a constitutional convention he was calling for… amazing! A convention for the purpose of “amending the constitution” is “not a constitutional convention,” according to the legal mind who wrote the book.

Still, the people remain the only possible solution for America.

House Republicans will only do the right things if the people force them to do the right things. But the people are still dancing on the Titanic. They don’t want the music to stop playing even as the ship sinks.

The people won’t force them to do the right thing unless they stop wasting time and resources on false hope concepts headed for nowhere, despite their good intentions.

Why should House Republicans impeach the entire Obama regime?

Because they are the biggest cabal of traitors and domestic terrorists in U.S. history…it’s the right thing to do, no matter the consequences.

 

Further, at some point, “the people” will need someone in government to stand with them, because until then, “the people” are the “subversives” acting to overthrow a government. If House Republicans won’t stand with the people, the people will soon find themselves standing alone against the full weight and power of the Federal Government and all of its assets.

If the people really want their country back, they have to begin by holding traitors accountable. The only place they can go to do that is House Republicans.

House Republicans have the same choice the American people have… stand opposed, or become complicit. There is no middle ground on this one.

Finally, US government officials who have received the proof of Obama’s crimes are revealed. They can be contacted and told they’ll go to jail unless they now report and prosecute Obama for crimes. Contact them.

The threat was made last week that the names of officials who received Sheriff’s Kits would be revealed. By revealing their names people can contact them. Failing to reveal a crime you’ve been made aware of, is a felony and crime. Those people can go to jail for not revealing Obama’s crimes and reporting them. Tell them they can be arrested if they don’t reveal Obama’s crimes. Obama’s crime is High Treason and that’s what they’ll also be charged with as “Accomplices to High Treason”. Obama faces a penalty of death by US law and official SCOTUS Ruling. Obama’s crime in using a false identity to obtain the post of President aka Commander-in-Chief is espionage and foreign spying which is TREASON.

I’m not talking about a trifling joking matter. High Treason by the US President is the greatest crime in the History of the USA, of the World and of all Humanity. It puts Obama on par with the Antichrist and indeed in Chicago, Obama’s hometown, on the day following his election, the Chicago Lottery drew 666, which is the sign announcing the Antichrist and the sign OF THE Antichrist aka the “Beast”.

To the 39 “media” outlets protesting lack of access to the Obama White House in a hand-delivered letter on November 21, 2013:

Putative White House Press Secretary Jay Carney was given a letter signed by 39 members of the media protesting lack of access and ability to photograph Obama in his official capacity.

Your missive to putative White House spokesman Jay Carney will fall on deaf ears.

You wonder why Obama’s handlers will not allow you access to “the President while he is performing his official duties.”  You question why only sanitized, poised photos released by the White House are allowed to circulate in the public arena.  In order to obtain answers, however, you need to look at yourselves and admit what you, not Obama, did to your profession.

Had you researched Obama’s background in 2007 and 2008, you would have found out that he is a communist.  “Communist,” you say?  Oh, you believed that communists were a thing of the past, something railed about by that crazy Sen. Joseph McCarthy back in the 1950s while more sophisticated members of the Congress and the “media” laughed behind his back or ridiculed him openly.  Yes, ridicule is a thing you “journalists” do quite well when you see something that is simply below your elevated stature to investigate.

An example is the questions about Obama’s constitutional eligibility which arose in 2008.

In late 2007, progressive talking head Chris Matthews said on MSNBC that “Obama was born in Indonesia.”  While Matthews failed to cite a source for his statement, a second similar report went to print in a Hawaii publication shortly thereafter.  None of you was even the slightest bit curious about Obama’s background and whether or not he was constitutionally eligible to occupy the highest office in the land.  You gave no thought to Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the Constitution which mandates that only a “natural born Citizen” be elected to the presidency.

You are now beside yourselves because the Obama regime has imposed “restrictions” which “raise constitutional concerns.”  However, you are five years too late.  Those of us who had “constitutional concerns” when we saw a foreigner campaigning for the office of President and Commander-in-Chief of the United States of America were ridiculed, brushed aside, made pariahs, forbidden from speaking our minds on your precious airwaves, and banished to the blogosphere for even suggesting that Obama was not constitutionally eligible or possessed other impediments to serving in that capacity.

Now, you are indignant that this foreign-born domestic enemy, this friend of radical Islam, this charlatan who has usurped the Oval Office each and every day for the last five years, denigrating and spitting on America, has limited what you perceive as your First Amendment rights.

Look in the mirror.

Because you failed to act, because you failed to investigate, because you wanted Obama to win the presidency whether or not he met the eligibility criteria, the United States of America is now held hostage by a group of 1960s radicals who wish to see all of you, and us, destroyed.  If you would remove your blinders just a little bit more, you would see, in all of its stark reality, that the enemy from within is not only within the gates, but now rules supreme.

Do you really believe that the takeover of the auto industry was necessary, that dealerships were closed randomly, that so many stockholders lost their investments without recourse in the courts because it was constitutional?  And how prodigiously did you report on Obama’s bowing to the Saudi king in 2009?  Did you host commentators with opposing views to analyze what Obama intended by that and other of his actions?

Do you really believe that the sequestration cuts affecting the military are not imposed by design after Obama skyrocketed the national debt to over $17 trillion in order to reward his former campaign bundlers and other cronies with Americans’ hard-earned dollars?

What did you do after the Obama regime removed all references to “radical Islam” from FBI and military training manuals?  Did you rejoice at how inclusive your black president was, or did you ask why it was done?  Did you wonder why Lt. Col. Matthew Dooley‘s career was ruined because Obama’s Joint Chiefs Chairman, Gen. Martin Dempsey, became a shill for his Islamic boss?

Did you ever investigate why Lt. Col. Terry Lakin sat in a cold, hard cell at Ft. Leavenworth for five months for questioning Obama’s eligibility and why no one in Congress could answer the question?  Or did you remain in your comfortable offices and lounge chairs living the good life while Obama continued to eviscerate what was left of it?

Do you wonder why Islamic terrorism is on the rise, as admitted by a leading Democrat senator on Sunday?  Do you wonder why nearly four times the number of U.S. soldiers’ lives have been lost in Afghanistan under the man you propelled into a position of commanding our military than under his predecessor?

Do you ever wonder about the young men who have been court-martialed unfairly because Obama’s Rules of Engagement have tied their hands while Islamic terrorists shoot at their hearts and their men?  Do you even cover those cases?  Or are you above that, too?

Did it ever enter your minds that your lack of concern for America, and your intense desire to see a progressive candidate “fundamentally transform America,” have caused your current frustration over Obama’s lack of “transparency” today?

The truth is, you are the ones who have done a disservice to America by refusing to investigate Obama’s background.  You never reported that he was a member of the New Party in Chicago, that he used and may still use aliases, that his background and life story make no sense, and that he has associated with Chicago’s underground since before he entered politics.  All of that was below you, and you certainly didn’t want to unearth any undesirable information on your chosen man.

On a daily basis, you deny Americans the information they need to make sound decisions about their government while promoting your own pet agendas.

Now, most egregiously, you have not looked into the matter of the forgery of Obama’s long-form birth certificate as reported at two press conferences last year.  Instead of launching bona fide investigations of your own after Mike Zullo and Sheriff Joe Arpaio announced their findings of fraud and forgery, you became angry at the messengers because their words did not mesh with your doctrinaire beliefs that your Anointed One, Barack Hussein Obama, would ever engage in obfuscation and secrecy to the extent that his real identity is not even known.

Had you investigated Obama in 2008, America would not be facing the crisis currently visited upon us now.  Instead of indignantly protesting the “troubling precedent” which the regime has imposed on you by limiting your access to photograph its figurehead, why don’t you question why they would do such a thing?  Why don’t you ask why Obama is the most un-American person to have ever stepped foot in the White House outside of his Muslim Brotherhood friends, whose visits occur under the cloak of secrecy?  Why don’t you question what he is doing to all of us by depriving people of their right to choose whether or not to buy health insurance?

Where are your tough questions for the regime as cancer patients lose their coverage and, after speaking out, receive audit notices from the IRS?

Why can’t you admit that you were wrong?

Did you ever read George Orwell’s 1984?  If not, you need to.

Do you not wonder why the EPA is destroying jobs, why there is no economic recovery, and the reason that there are so many Muslims working at the Department of Homeland Security?

How many questions have you asked about the deaths of four Americans and the injuries of several others in Beghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012?  Or were you too scared to speak up for fear that you might lose access to the faux administration?

It didn’t matter what you did; you have lost that access anyway, as evidenced by your letter.

Instead of hoping to fulfill your own political desires for America, you should have upheld your duty to perform your First Amendment function before Obama cheated his way in to the people’s house at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue by doing old-fashioned investigative journalism instead of the whitewash so typical of big media companies today.

If you are concerned about your constitutional rights being trampled, why are you not concerned about Americans’ right to have a constitutionally-eligible individual without foreign allegiances in our White House?  Has it occurred to you that the man you call “the President” has absolutely no right to even pretend to hold the office?

You decry Obama’s absconding of your First Amendment rights, but I decry your wanton destruction of the entire Constitution and Bill of Rights by failing to vet this man who continues to wreak his havoc on a nation now reeling from the effects of his evil intent.

One of you on the list of media companies protesting Obama’s “limits” on the press has been identified as a criminal co-conspirator in two affidavits presented to a U.S. District Court and now the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.   One of your reporters is specifically named as having purposely provided false information to the public to convince them that Obama was born in Hawaii when there is no evidence to prove that that is the case.  Oh, but yes, you never investigated that and ridiculed those who did, so you wouldn’t know…those “Birthers” are crazy, now, aren’t they?

If the allegations against NBC News are true, what does that say about the whole sorry lot of you for going along with the “born in Hawaii” charade?

What it says is that your day is past.  You sold out America for 30 pieces of silver, or whatever your price was to continue to preen yourselves and draw your six-figure salaries from your corrupt news bureaus.  You are part of the problem, and in fact, you are the problem, as evidenced by your complete disregard for the truth.

Do some reading on Germany in the 1930s, and you will have your answer as to why your “constitutional concerns” will not be addressed.  This time, Carney and his ilk will be ridiculing you, wondering which one of you he will take to the woodshed, or worse, for daring to sign on to such a bold letter.

Those who propelled Hugo Chavez to power in Venezuela had their property and businesses seized by the very man they had supported.

Those who catapulted Obama into the White House without proper vetting to protect the constitutional rights of all Americans are now being silenced.

Now look in the mirror.

Therein lies your answer.

Instead of wringing your hands and worrying if you will be next to receive a nasty phone call from one of Obama’s handlers, pick up the phone and call Mike Zullo.  Call Sheriff Arpaio.  Call Rep. Steve Stockman.  Call someone who can show you the proof that Obama is a fraud.

Then, take a deep breath and do what needs to be done.  Tell the American people the truth if you really care about constitutional rights.  Throw them a lifeline.

You have all the tools you need, but do you have the courage?

People are puzzled: Why would Barack Obama have lied about how wonderfully everything was going to go with ObamaCare when officials in his administration knew perfectly well that disaster was going to strike?

In one sense, the answer is simple: At the time, just before Oct. 1, Republicans were insisting ObamaCare be delayed or defunded. The president and his team weren’t going to give the enemy the satisfaction of agreeing — or the potent am
munition that would have come from a rueful admission the system wasn’t ready.

Today, a bipartisan agreement to delay ObamaCare seems like it would have been a pretty good deal. It didn’t look that way at all in the last two weeks of September.

But there’s a deeper reason he and his people lied: They did it because they could. They did it because nearly five years in the White House had given Obama and his team confidence they would not face the music and they could finesse the problems until they got fixed.
Consider the events that would have been unprecedented scandals in a Republican administration — with teams of reporters digging and scratching daily at every nook and cranny in every bureaucratic corridor — that have instead been covered dutifully but with relatively little passion and almost no follow-up. Why? Because it would have hurt Obama, that’s why.
First, the Obama Justice Department.
Attorney General Eric Holder has survived three scandals that would have felled a Republican. His department attempted to soft-pedal its responsibility for the so-called “gunwalking” policy called Fast and Furious — which led to the murders of US border agents by Mexican drug-cartel members with guns effectively provided to the killers by the Justice Department.
He approved the secret surveillance of Fox News Channel reporter James Rosen in a leak investigation on the outrageous grounds that Rosen was a possible “co-conspirator” in an act of espionage. And he approved similar tactics against reporters at the Associated Press in another leak investigation.
Holder’s still there. Obama defends him. When was the last time you heard Rosen’s name mentioned, or the AP story referenced, or Fast and Furious come up?
Second, the Internal Revenue Service.
The IRS’s own acknowledgement that it had targeted conservative groups with anti-liberal agendas has led to shamed retirements, hasty changes at the top of the agency and officials pleading the Fifth Amendment. These efforts were clearly undertaken to find means by which to aid Democratic efforts in the 2010 and 2012 election. One can only wonder at what would have been done to George W. Bush by the media had similar outrages been perpetated on leftist groups in 2003 and 2004. Obama suffered . . . a little. A very little.
Third, the State Department.
The unconscionable behavior of State Department and White House officials during and after the killing of four Americans in Benghazi at the height of the 2012 race — during which the American people were deliberately and consciously misled — has had no lasting consequences whatsoever. Obama felt free to select the chief liar, Susan Rice, as his national-security adviser without experiencing a moment’s fear about how her appointment might become a scandal.
Fourth, making law from the White House.
In 2011, the president said that owing to Republican recalcitrance in the House of Representatives, he would use his executive authority to get things done. And he has. As Tara Helfman writes in the December issue of Commentary, the magazine I edit, “Notwithstanding President Obama’s constitutional duty to enforce the law of the Untied States, where federal laws conflict with his policy preferences on gay marriage, illegal immigration and drug policy, the president has simply opted not to enforce or defend them.”
Moreover, to strengthen his hand with Hispanic voters in 2012, he ordered the Justice Department to follow certain provisions of a law governing illegal immigrants that has yet to be approved by the Congress. That is unprecedented.
So, if you want to understand the blindness and arrogance of the Obama White House in failing to appreciate the wave of rage and disappointment and disgusted wonderment that would hit them in the wake of the ObamaCare rollout, you need only consider these factors.
He has always had the protection of his liberal base.
He has always had the protection of Senate Democrats, who have not acted in any way to trouble him regarding these scandals and who have impeded aggressive investigations into them.
And he has always had the protection of the mainstream media.
As a result, Barack Obama and his administration have said what they felt they needed to say and done what they felt they needed to do for immediate political gain. They did so this time. But this time was different, because this time he was mishandling and discrediting the great liberal desideratum of our time — a national health-care system.
This time he hasn’t gotten away with it.
Yet.

With the roll out of Obamacare being as disastrous as possible for the Obama administration, one group was given a $1 million grant to help lead a rebranding effort with hopes of salvaging the law in the eyes of the American people.

Families USA (FUSA) — an organization that describes itself as a “national nonprofit, non-partisan organization dedicated to the achievement of high-quality, affordable health care for all Americans” — was given a $1.1 million grant by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation on October 4, 2013, to gather “success stories” of Americans dealing with Obamacare and distribute them to the media who often refer to them as an “independent” group. This is part of a greater upcoming effort to bolster the perception of the lowly health care law.

“The purpose is to bridge the information gap for people who can significantly benefit from the Affordable Care Act,” Ron Pollack, the Co-founder and Executive Director of Families USA, told TIME on October 25, 2013.

However, the organization is a far cry from “non-partisan” and is extremely close to the Obama Administration and Enroll America – the group leading the efforts to sign people up for Obamacare.

Philippe Villers, the president of Families USA,  serves as the Secretary and Treasurer of Board of a little-known group called the Herndon Alliance. The Herndon Alliance originated in Herndon, VA in 2005 and produced research the left used to sell the overhaul of the United States health care system and counteract opposition as the president was making a push for Obamacare.  As Lachlan Markay of the Washington Free Beacon  noted, they are credited with crafting President Obama’s, “If you like your health care plan, you can keep it” message, and are even backed with money from George Soros’ Open Society Institute.

In 2009 Politico wrote, “When President Barack Obama says Americans can maintain their ‘choice’ of doctors and insurance plans, he is using a Herndon strategy for wringing fear out of a system overhaul.” They were also described as, “the most influential group in the health arena that the public has never heard of.”

Ron Pollack, the above mentioned co-founder and Executive Director of Families USA,  told the Washington Post in a 2010 interview after the passage of Obamacare that he was going to help found a group called Enroll America in order to raise millions of dollars to assist with enrollment.

“We’re actually helping to found a new organization to work on this. Its placeholder name is Enroll America, and it will involve all the different interest groups, from supporters of reform like consumers groups to community health centers and doctors and insurers,” Pollack told Ezra Klein during an interview. He continued, “And what we’ll do is raise tens of millions of dollars for state groups to work with the state to try to create the most effective systems to apply and enroll. You should be able to enroll with simple application forms at a doctor’s office or a pharmacy. You shouldn’t have to take the day off of work. That sort of thing.”

Pollack currently sits on the board of directors of Enroll America.

Obama’s disastrous presidency represents a fork in the road. We can turn back, toward limited government, division of powers, and individual liberty. Or we can plunge forward, into egalitarian autocracy. At the rate Obama is laying waste to the foundations of our government, we may not have three years to make the decision. Already Forbes is calling for impeachment:

Since President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act into law, he has changed it five times. Most notably, he suspended the employer mandate last summer. This is widely known, but almost no one seems to have grasped its significance.

The Constitution authorizes the President to propose and veto legislation. It does not authorize him to change existing laws. The changes Mr. Obama ordered in Obamacare, therefore, are unconstitutional. This means that he does not accept some of the limitations that the Constitution places on his actions. We cannot know at this point what limitations, if any, he does accept.

The ObamaCare fiasco has made clear that Obama believes he has the power to alter laws at will, in open defiance of the Constitution. If we let this stand, we are no longer a constitutional republic.

The main responsibility the Constitution assigns to the President is to faithfully execute the Laws.

But if a law does not comply with Obama’s left-wing ideology, like the Defense of Marriage Act, he openly refuses to enforce it.

His contempt for Congress has been made plain:

He has repeatedly made clear that he intends to act on his own authority. “I have the power and I will use it in defense of the middle class,” he has said. “We’re going to do everything we can, wherever we can, with or without Congress.” There are a number of names for the system Mr. Obama envisions, but representative government is not one of them.

Likewise his contempt for the other major brake on executive power, the Supreme Court:

In an act of overbearing hubris, he excoriated Supreme Court Justices sitting helplessly before him during the 2010 State of the Union address—Justices who had not expected to be denounced and who were prevented by the occasion from defending themselves. Mr. Obama condemned them for restoring freedom of speech to corporations and unions.

His administration has a history of ignoring Supreme Court rulings it doesn’t like, as with provisions of the Voting Rights Act found to be unconstitutional and the standard to be used for “sexual harassment.” If the Supremes find against his practice of making “recess” appointments when the Senate is not in recess, he is likely to ignore it again.

The shocking fact is that our whole system of representative government depends on it being led by an individual who believes in it; who thinks it is valuable; who believes that a government dedicated to the protection of individual rights is a noble ideal. What if he does not?

Mr. Obama is moving our government away from its traditional system of checks and balances and toward the one-man-rule that dominates third world countries.

Anyone in Washington who hasn’t been corrupted to the point of no longer believing in this country has a duty to defend our system of government.

Surely, rejection of the Constitution is grounds for impeachment and charges should be filed. In addition, there are many other actions that Congressmen can and should take—actions that will tell Mr. Obama that we have seen where he is going and we will not let our country go without a fight.

At the close of the Constitutional Convention of 1787, Benjamin Franklin was asked what form of government had been created. “A republic,” he replied, “if you can keep it.”

We are losing it. If Mr. Obama’s reach for unprecedented power is not stopped, that will be the end.

If we let America as it was founded die on our watch, the shame will last to the end of human history.

White Slavery in America

 

“17th and 18th century ‘economists’ advocated the enslavement of poor Whites because they saw them as the cheapest and most effective way to develop the colonies in the New World and expand the British empire. As the plantation system expanded in the southern American colonies, planters demanded the legalization of the practice of kidnapping poor Whites.”

 Poor Whites and the Confederacy

Even if they attained their freedom, dirt-poor Whites were forced to compete against negro slave labor. Jobs were few and Southern planters sat idly as poor Whites died of malnutrition for want of food and medicine. Negro slaves were expensive. To protect their investments, White aristocrats usually treated their negro slaves well, providing for adequate food, clothing and medication even as poor Whites in the same town sickened and died from disease and malnutrition.

Try to envision the 19th century scene: yeoman southern Whites, sick and destitute, watching their children dying while enduring the spectacle of negroes from the jungles of Africa healthy and well-fed thanks to the ministrations of their fabulously wealthy White owners who cared little or nothing for the local “White trash.”

In the course of an 1855 journey up the Alabama River on the steamboat Fashion, Frederic Law Olmsted, the landscape architect who designed New York’s Central Park, observed bales of cotton being thrown from a considerable height into a cargo ship’s hold. The men tossing the bales somewhat recklessly into the hold were negroes, the men in the hold were Irish. Olmsted inquired about this to a mate on the ship. ‘Oh, said the mate, ‘the <snip>s are worth too much to be risked here; if the Paddies are knocked overboard or get their backs broke, nobody loses anything.” (Frederic Law Olm-sted, A Journey to the Seaboard Slave States, pp. 100-101; G.E.M. de Ste. Croix, Slavery and Other Forms of Unfree Labor, p. 27).

In the antebellum South, “Gangs of Irish immigrants worked ditching and draining plantations, building levees and sometimes clearing land because of the danger to valuable (negro) slave property …George Templeton Strong, a Whig patrician diarist… considered Irish workmen at his home to have had ‘prehensile paws’ rather than hands. He denounced the ‘Celtic beast’… Irish youths… were sometimes called ‘Irish slaves’ and more frequently ‘bound boys’…” A common joke in the South in the pre-Civil War period was that when Blacks were ordered to work hard they complained that their masters were treating them ‘like Irishmen.’ (Roediger, pp. 133, 146,150).*

“When I was a boy,’ recalled Waters Mcintosh, who had been a slave in Sumter, South Carolina, ‘we used to sing, ‘Rather be a <snip> than a poor white man.’ Even in slavery we used to sing that.’

“Mr. McIntosh’s remarks reveal… that the poor whites of the South ranked below blacks in social standing… slaves felt unbridled contempt for lower-class whites… Frederick Douglass opened his famous Life and Times with an account of Talbot County, Maryland, which he said housed a ‘white population of the lowest order…

“Throughout the South the slaves of many of the larger planters lived in a society of blacks and well-to-do whites and were encouraged to view even respectable laboring Whites with disdain… Ella Kelly, who had been a slave in South Carolina:

“…You know, boss, dese days dere is three kind of people. Lowest down is a layer of white folks, then in de middle is a layer of colored folks, and on top is de cream, a layer of good white folks…

“The slaves noticed their masters sense of superiority toward marginal farmers as well as toward poor whites and, by associating themselves with ‘de quality white folks,’ strengthened their self-esteem…

“…a slave… expressed no surprise that his master, who was Big Buckra, never associated with white trash. And Rosa Starke, who had been owned by a big planter in South Carolina, reported that poor whites had to use the kitchen door when they went up to the Big House. Her mistress ‘had a grand manner; no patience with poor white folks.’

“…The many (negro) ex-slaves who recalled the lot of the small farmers and poor whites as hard and even as bad as their own knew what they were talking about.

“…The slaves saw enough abject poverty, disease, and demoralization among the poor whites… to see their own condition under Ole Massa’s protection as perhaps not the worst of evils.” (Eugene D. This situation engendered a rage in the descendants and survivors of White slavery which has seldom been accounted for in the history of White working class support for the Northern abolitionist cause. We can gauge the attitude of yeoman Whites, especially in the border states like Kentucky and Tennessee, but throughout the U.S.A. as well, who were either neutral during the Confederacy’s struggle or sided with Lincoln, from the statement of an Iowa Congressman who maintained that it was the planter aristocracy “which exalts and spreads Africans at the expense of the White race.” (Emma Lou Thornbrough, “The Race Issue in Indiana Politics During the Civil War,” Indiana Magazine of History, June, 1951).

Some of the leaders of the Free Soil Party and many of the Unionist soldiers who made up the ranks of Lincoln’s armies in southern Ohio, western North Carolina, eastern Tennessee, southern Illi-nois, Kentucky and elsewhere were survivors of White slavery or descendants of White slaves. They did not view themselves as advocates of what was then referred to as racial “amalgamation.”

Historically they regarded themselves as separatists and viewed the Southern planter’s desire to spread negroes into California, Oregon and other territories as a grave threat to free White labor and the Old Testament principle of racial separation (Nehemiah 13:23-27; Ezra 10:10-14; Hosea 5:7).

Congressman David Wilmot sponsored a law to ban Black slavery in the American West. He dubbed his proposed law, “the White Man’s Proviso.” He was bitterly opposed by the Southern elite. Wilmot told Congress that he intended to preserve America’s western frontier for “the sons of toil, my own race and color.” (Charles B. Going, David Wilmot: Free-Soiler, p. 174).

During much of the Civil War the political and military leaders of the Confederacy could not travel in certain parts of the Deep South without armed escorts (Jeffrey Rogers Hummel, “The Civil War,” The United States at War Audio Classics Series, Part Two), for fear of attack from “Upcountry” Southern Whites who hated the planter aristocracy and the war they saw as being for the sole benefit of the expansion of the planter’s “infernal negroes.” Upcountry Southern Whites consisted in large part of the survivors and the children of the survivors of White slavery who resided in the hills, mountains and Piedmont regions of the South under frontier conditions.

In the antebellum 19th century South, “A large number of white Southerners lived in the upcountry, an area of small farmers and herdsmen… engaged largely in mixed and subsistence agriculture… Little currency circulated, barter was common and upcountry families dressed in ‘homespun cloth, the product of the spinning wheel and the hand-loom.’ This economic order gave rise to a distinctive subculture that celebrated mutuality, egalitarianism (for whites) and… independence.

“…mountain counties rejected secession from the outset. One citizen of Winston County in the northern Alabama hill country believed yeoman had no business fighting for a planter-dominated aristocracy: ‘All tha want is to git you… to fight for their infernal negroes and after you do their fightin’ you may kiss their hind parts for o tha care.” (Eric Foner, Reconstruction: America’s Unfinished Revolution, 1863-1877, pp. 11 and 13).

Poor Whites had to be drafted into the Confederate army. As in the North, where resistance to conscription was widespread, many Southern Whites saw the conflict as “a rich man’s war and a poor man’s fight.” Indeed, any slaveholder owning 20 or more Black slaves was exempt from military combat.

From 1609 until the early 1800s, between one-half and two-thirds of all the White colonists who came to the New World came as slaves. Of the passengers on the Mayflower, twelve were White slaves (John Van der Zee, Bound Over, p. 93). White slaves cleared the forests, drained the swamps, built the roads. They worked and died in greater numbers than anyone else.

Both psychologically and materially Whites in modern times are called upon to bear burdens of guilt and monetary reparation for negro slavery. This position is based entirely on enforced ignorance and the deliberate suppression of the record of White slavery in North America. Hundreds of thousands of Whites had been enslaved during the colonial era in America while millions of others were too poor to afford even a mule, much less a Black slave.

Slave reparations and guilty feelings are due – if one subscribes to such a thing as retroactive collective guilt – from the descendants of the minority of wealthy Whites who owned negro slaves and who, in the South at least, were themselves generally reduced to penury in the aftermath of the Civil War. Reparations would also have to be paid by the descendants of the Cherokee and other American Indian tribes who owned Black slaves and by the heirs of Black tribal leaders in Africa who sold them into slavery.

Reparations must also be paid, if the logic of the situation is to be consistent, to the modern day White descendants of the White slaves of early America.

The whole discussion of negro slavery, Southern racism and the Civil War as currently framed by the Establishment agenda, necessarily must exclude any examination of the fact of White slavery, especially in the 17th and 18th centuries, and the condition of free White poor in the 19th century forced to compete against negro slave labor in the South.

Irish-Americans were among the foremost fighters for the rights of White workers and for separation of the races. The term miscegenation (from the Latin, miscere, to mix and genus, for race) was coined by two Irishmen, George Wakeman and D.G. Croly, in their anonymously written, 1863 anti-integration satire, Miscegenation: The Theory of the Blending of the Races. The Englishman James D. The great bulk of the legal voters of the South were men who owned no slaves; their homes were generally in the hills and poor country; their facilities for educating their children, even up to the point of reading and writing, were very limited; their interest in the contest was very meagre–what there was, if they had been capable of seeing it, was with the North; they too needed emancipation. Under the old regime they were looked down upon by those who controlled all the affairs in the interest of slave-owners, as poor white trash who were allowed the ballot so long as they cast it according to direction.”
