The lottery and life in general
Published:
Well I purchased a atlantic payday ticket yesterday, had numbers on different lines. Didn't win, very frustrating. Also went to the mall today, and saw a help wanted sign at a dry cleaners, may give them a resume. I've tried everywhere else and haven't heard back. There is a job out there somewhere.

Don't depend on the lottery to rescue you from a bad financial situation. Just like everything else in life, good things come to you when you least expect them, but it's possible that the hope of winning some money might be affecting your drive. I can't explain it, but I have personally experienced this feeling, as crazy as it sounds. It's been over 30 years since I bought my first ticket, so I often think I'm due, but it would be self-destructive to ignore the odds of winning a large jackpot.
By the way, do you have a resume? Are you dressing professionally to make a good first impression? I hope you don't mind advice from someone who hasn't been very successful lately, but I'm one of those people who can teach, just can't "do!" I am working from home right now, but I just made an appointment for an interview on Tuesday. I don't really like being alone all day. Good luck to you. Peace, Nancy
The dry cleaning store I may try , is one that people drop off clothing. I as well often feel that I am due to win alot of money, also I know the odds of winning.
Yes I do have resumes that I take with me when applying for work and I dress professionally to make a good impression and I will keep plugging away until I land a job.
I find it hard being home , it gives you too much time to worry ,so that is when I go out as much as possible.
Good luck as well Nancy in the lottery and your future job.
