When my wife and I were in Houston at MD Anderson every morning they would draw blood from either her port or her arm. Then after looking at the results, she would get chemo, blood, and platelets through her port. She hardly flinched when they stuck her.
She was tough as nails...until she saw any roaches running around the house. Wasn't so tough then. LOL.

Yes my brother has cancer, it spread through different part's in his body. it is not good. And he get's chemo and a bag put around his neck and connected on his chest, i think, to put more chemo in him. He feel's sick alot. Also i would be bothered by roaches or spider's anything in the house!

Hey Buck,
I went through boot camp at Lackland AFB in San Antonio and when I was on KP they had trucks come in with trays of pies and we had to unload them and the roaches that were all over them would run up your arms when you'd pick up a tray. They didn't seem to be afraid of people, lol.
I had a brother who lived in Houston on the bayou and he used to keep a flyswatter in the kitchen to swat them like flies on the wall. I remember seeing a tongue-in-cheek article in the newspaper there that said: "Houston: Come for the Floods, Stay for the roaches."

I heard that there are big bug's in Texas! thank you everybody!

Thank you rcbbuckeye, went to get the blood work at the hospital. And the young woman, could not find the vein in my arm. So the older lady technician , working there, also. Tried my left arm and it worked. i do not want to go back to the hospital again for blood work. Will go somewhere else!
