I thought about this theory like a year ago...I got the idea from watching a movie name "Ransom"....

You know The U.S military has spent how much in the war? i say 240 Billion dollars since the war began..For what purpose?At first what was the main purpose of the war? To catch Bin Laden...And i feel they have waste all this money to catch Bin Laden and YET THE reward for whoever turns in Bin Laden is a pathetic 25 million dollars the last time i check (this was like 3 years ago)....And i feel they will catch Bin Laden if they only RAISE the reward on his head to let's say 700 million dollars or how about 3 Billion dollars or how about 10 Billion dollars? Raise the reward on his head and save yourself 240 Billion dollars by going to war...I bet you raise the reward on Bin Laden's head to 1 Billion dollars and you will see people turn him in really quick, instead of wasting 240 Billion dollars by going to war...

Is not only with Bin Laden but with Drug Lords, called "Cabecillas"....Let's put the example of Pablo Escobar....How pathetic will be a reward for his head at 200,000? Wouldn't that be pathetic? The guy will literally laugh at that..Who is going to go through all the trouble to try and catch Pablo Escobar (first you got to be a Rambo to do it) for a measly 200,000 that i bet you have to pay taxes on...If you want to catch Pablo Escobar raise the reward on his head to 200 million dollars or 300 million dollars tax free, and see if his own entourage doesn't turn him him...I know that his entourage or the military force that guards him do not get paid not even 1 million dollars a year each...

How to catch a Vindictive Leader that wants to wage war against the U.S:  I feel they should invent something like the size of a grain or rice or looking like a grain of raice but sticky, that will stick to wall and that will record people's conversation...You invent something that small, you give it to one of the military leader's helpers (bribe him) and let him stick that rice on one of the military leader's house walls (like several of them) and you can literally hear the military leader's conversation...But the point of the conversation is not to listen to everything he says but to know where he will be at, so that you can send a missile to his house and bomb the hell out of him....After you do this....MISSION ACCOMPLISHED...POSSIBLE WAR PREVENTED...BILLIONS OF DOLLARS SAVE....

Can someone tell the Army about this....Please...I've emailed the NSA, CIA, FBI but no one has replied to me...

And i am pissed because here i am risking my life to give this information, yeah i am risking my life...If one of those cabecillas (drug lords) found out about this they will try and kill me..And for all i know i could wake up tomorrow dead, no one will know, no one will care, only my dad and mom...I wasn't even damn born in the U.S is not my native country, what do i care? I am treated like a third class citizen because of my thick accents and other stuff..But i do it because i care and because if this work it could save the military tons of money in the future and make them play the war game smart..Because i'll like to see the U.S spread out like the Roman Empire (not military though but influence wise)...Right now i don't live in the States, here in Panama there is not to much protection (what i mean is that is not as safe as in the U.S)....If Bin Laden found out about this he could easily sneak in couple of terrorist in Panama, and blow me to kingdom come...And what do I gain...Even if this doesn't work it is still a potential threat to those mentioned ( Bin Laden & the Cabecillas)...You don't hear about drug lords, i do all the time, i live in a country that's neighboors Colombia...I hear about them all the time...And here i am risking my life...If this work, i'll be more important than one of those Army Generals...But again if it works...Why? Because if it works i save the U.S the war...

Again this is all theoretical...a Fancy...Something thought up...
