A married couple was asleep when the phone rang at 2:00 in the morning. The blond wife picked up the phone, listened a moment and said, "How should I know, that's 200 miles from here!" and hung up.

The husband said, "Who was that?"

The wife said, "I don't know, some woman wanting to know 'if the coast is clear.'"

Good line. I'm blonde - I need to remember this one!   Sometimes I use lines like this and people have no idea I'm joking. I have to be careful, however. All kidding aside, I've worked at places where the men probably still joke about "the blonde who was dumb as a rock" because all my jokes & sarcasm went right over their heads.
