i decided to write this because this could potentially cure poverty...

AGAIN, JUST FOR YOU MIDDLE EAST...

All you need now is to create a Powerball that creates 640 winners each winners winning 10 million dollars EVERY WEEK....That's what you need...

You do that and create a bank or something that will replace a bank, something that will work like a bank, something that will pay you interests for using your money BUT that it uses perhaps the lottery....Something like a Free lotto...I don't know yet how it will work, but something that works like a Free Lotto and at the same time with the entry of people pays interest on to the people who place their money in the bank...Something like a Free LOtto that cost pennies each entry i don't know...I don't know how it will work, but that's where you need to work on...

I was thinking of maybe what if the 640 winners of 10 million dollars each winner gets 300,000 a year instead of 500,000...Put it this way they get 500,000 but 200,000 is extracted from them each year...So they get 300,000 dollars and the 200,000 remaining is accumulated from each 640 winners which will make 108 million dollars...Then 108 million dollars divided by 500,000 equals: 216....Now 640 divided by 216 equals = 3....Now you take those 216 and create 500,000 lottos...And maybe charge 2 cents per each ticket worldwide, like creating a world wide lotto but mention that the jackpot is played Annually so that you let it pick up steam....Now all that each 500,000 jackpot has to do is make triple the amount, which will be triple 500,000 dollars or get 1.5 million dollars each jackpot...It should pick up steam if you let it cost 1 penny or a nickel and make it annually...Now you strike a deal with each 10 million dollar winner [the 640 of them], and you use their money, in return they will be paid 300,000 FOREVER and the 10 million from each winner you use it for whatever purpose you want to use it....So basically, the winners of the 10 million dollars are playing to receive 300,000 every year "FOREVER"...When i say FOREVER, I REALLY MEAN FOREVER....

Want to know something odd that just occured to me? in the house there is a ceiling fan with lamps and the fan has a string to pull it to turn on the fan and nex to the door is the refrigerator...Well i went to the refrigerator to get ice and one fell i grabed it and toss it to the sink and in doing so i hit the string [the only string in the wide room] and this is the 3rd time that i've hit it out of like 6 times that i've thrown the ice, very rare do it toss the ice to the sink...One with my left hand and 2 with my right hand...And the thing is that i rarely toss ice to the sink...Weird...

Also Middle East this is more about Humanity...Remember something? Remember that energy in the Cosmos is scarse, and since we haven't figure out the way to create a bulb next to the Sun and absorbe all its energy until it dies down and then use it, since we haven't figure out a way what we can do for the mean time is take advantage of the Sun rays, like in Desserts create the largest solar panels and absorbe the energy from the sun every day 'til kingdom come and find a way to store it and when the Sun is dying out transport that energy like in containers to a close by planet...Not only that Figure out a way that you can create Solar wind energy into solar energy and find a way to store it, Because Solar energy is scarse in the Universe....So that when Humanity travels to another planet it can have solar energy stored that can be used to be used as energy to heat plants...You will have to do that...So Middle East this is a "tarea" a task for you and for the world...And if you can find a way to harness the electricity of clouds in other planets and then send the energy traveling to space to another planet and use that energy as solar energy....

Not only that but good thing again good thing you found a way to clone animals because they will be your source of food..Is a big plus because you are going to need it...Also find out if the area of the earth land is the same as the area going underground, meaning from the soil to the uncleus, our nucleus is hot but some planet's nucleus may not be that hot and the planet might be bigger than earth so part of the population of earth will have to live underground in other planets while harnessing sun in the day, while at night they work to fix the solar panels...Half of a planet the bigger the better will have to use solar panels and feed it underground so we will live like ant, but not the entire population of the earth, just some...Like on a planet that is a little big hotter than earth...That and find how to store solar energy and the solar bulb in space....Again Middle East & Planet better start saving up the solar energy from the sun and store it, keep them in barrels, or batteries or i don't know what...Not only that but when humans begin to live in other planets underground or not, you know that cebada and crema de platano, crema de maiz you will end up eating that 5 days a week and on weekend eat rice...That's what the scenario....
and find out what's the maximum solar temperature that a plant can surivive with water poured on it like on the earth....I don't think that water in the earth does evaporate...
And all those 10 million dollar winners every week, if i was you put them to contribute time as scientists...Whatever you do Middle East, remember something....There is a shortage of scientists.....

Also this might be small, but Middle East there is something i just wish they sold it cheaper you may not like this....Remember when i told you that there needs to be someone with the key to win Powerball every so often to use it for important projects for humanity, well since you are not going to have a Powerball paying more than 10 million....Remember that Powerball gets to above 200 million every 3 or 4 months, so if you was to win the 200 million jackpot every 3 months it will be 200 x 4 = 800 million a year but i know that you are not going to win all 4 powerballs of 200 because someone will suspect and you just couldn't....But there is a way you could raise like 4 billion every year that could go for this...

Well imagine if those 40,000 in 2 years only 2 years were houses and those houses came with the recycle shower...144 million x 2 = almost 300 million...Again just in 2 years....The rest of the years you can continue to give out 40,000 dollars...And you will have 12 billion dollars to be used for important stuff...

Something else you can create with the 1 billion extra in the Middle East is create Large Stadiums of Soccer or beisball or criket and the revenue from it goes to sponsor other sports events like a Cycling events or boxing events....I heard that a Stadium cost 500 million dollars [the nest egg stadium in china who they later demolished], so every year there is 2 stadiums in different countries in the Middle East...Now let's say 20,000 seats in a stadium x 200 dollars = 4 million x 12 months = 48 million dollars every year that each stadium is going to be bringing in....Remember every single year there is 2 stadiums been build in the Middle East...You could even create a horse racing track stadium...And the 48 million every year that each stadium is going to bring in since was you who build it can go into promoting world sports events like a Tour de France but in the Middle East...Those 48 million could go into paying for bicycle cycling events or who knows what...You could even create your own GLOBAL SPORT CHANNEL TELEVISED ONLY IN THE MIDDLE EAST...Again do you see what you are missing middle east that along with YOUR OWN SPACE PROGRAM...

Tell me how much does a golf course cost? Cycling arena, racing car arena, with those 100 million dollars you could create a cycling arena a huge one, the next year with 100 million dollars you can create a i don't know a golf course if is possible, in every single country...And the revenue from those go to pay for sports....Tell me how much does a "horse racing track cost? 100 million? i don't know but you could create another one and this way you have 2 horse racing tracks in 1 country each year this way you could invite players and promote comradery among horse racing sports...In each country...Every country with 1 golf course been built each year in their country, every single year In the Middle East that's if 1 golf course cost 100 million dollars...And this way promote golf course sport comradery and invite players from different countries or around the world into visiting the middle east...Do you know what it is to have so many golf courses to choose from in each country in the Middle East?

I am talking about buying a cruise ship with the 100 million dollars that the stadium creates...You know something else you could buy each country could buy in the Middle East? But listen middle east...As nice as this may sound i am sorry to interrupt the party...We don't have time to party that much so this is what i was thinking....Remember i told you that 144 million people will get 40,000 dollars, now supposed those were houses...Well is not going to be that easy that 1 person just bets 2 dollars every month or whatever amount and gets a house...This is what i was thinking....You know someone WORKS AT A JOB for 20-30 years to finish pay a house...i'll say that 50% of his salary goes to paying the house every month...So i was thinking, what if the Pick4 Stock Market was a WELL CRAFTED MATRIX designed by the government that gives someone in the Middle East a 40,000 dollar home [the 40,000 is relative] and the 50% that that person has to work to pay that house, he can take 25% of it in working hours and work as a scientist and the other 25% work as a volunteer...When i say a scientist i really mean a scientist or someone thinking stuff up, over and over and over or experimenting with stuff....People may say well there is not much to think about or invent....Let me give you a good example...A good example is petroleum...Petroleum basically comes from bones something produced by a living beign then it underwent decomposition by the earth and then what you got? Petroleum...Then came the car how did a car was invented? it had to be composed of many parts, different parts doing different functions...Invented in the right century in the right moment that will go and use petroleum, but not only did you had to use petroleum but you had to refine it so it could go on a car....See what i am saying? from bones...What i am trying to say?
That there are many things out there that we don't know what are their purpose, we do not know we have put them to the right test...Scientists think that because they experimented with something that that's it there can't be another purpose...Again we have not tried many things...not only can we ride with a car but we can fly also....See what i am saying? I don't care if the USA has depleted everything that needed to be invented there are many things we have not explored...And didn't we have to wait to the advent of computers to find out about petroleum? EXACLY....We don't know if storing solar energy in the right medium under nitrogen or something will create something entirely different...WE DON'T KNOW....
You know why we don't have time to be playing around? Because every 400 years comes people that are extraordinarily geniuses to this Earth...Einstein & Newton....Well 1 million years has 500 times 400 years lapses for 2 times 400 years is almost 1, thousand years....So we have 500 of this lapses of 400 years to produce geniuses geniuses that better find out what things are there for and better invent the bulb that will shine solar energy on earth...Mankind has not even began to store solar energy....
