Well lets say there is: 5 Million computer related fields/professions in France [computer related professions in France should make like: $25,000 to $32,000 a year] if all of the $5 Million computer related fields/professions were to donate: $50 a month [or $600 a year or even $300 a year] it will be: $6 Billion dollars or $3 Billion dollars every year...With the $6 Billion/$3 Billion dollars something you could do that is needed to be build is buy the machine driller that they use in the Eurotunnel and build other types of machines that will, FLATTEN MOUNTAINS, ALL THE MOUNTAINS OF THE WORLD...A good chunk of every country in the world is mountains, thats space been wasted....Space where people could live and expand...The thing is that they need to be flatten...It might change the global weather a little but it needs to be done...Mountains impede progress...I dont think $3 Billion or $6 Billion will be enough but is worth trying...Maybe you can join forces with the computer related professions part of Germany or Russia or India or Canada...
