The most it pays is: $1 Billion dollars and the rest of money is used to give high paying jobs to people [$50,000 a year job to people from the 3-5 COUNTRIES/REGIONS]...You can do that if you like...You can make 1 or 2 of them be that gives high paying jobs and the rest be regular...[there is so many of them]....And whatever you do, make them: RNGs....
