                                                        You can create a national Pick3 or national Pick2...Now lets say it raises: $2.5 Billion dollars a year...

With it you can put: 209,000 British/French/Germans/Italians/Russians people getting paid: $1,000 a month to work, but working growing fruits and vegetables, that you can use to feed: Haiti, Sri Lanka, Niger, Afganistan...

Something else those: 209,000 British/French/Germans/Italians/Russians people can do, is become home builders, and they can build houses for Hatians free and in return they ask Haiti, Sri Lanka, Niger, Afganistan people to donate 2 hours of their time everyday for 20 years or 30 years...those 2 hours they can build more houses for: Haitians/Sri Lanka/Niger/Afganistan or help build houses for the homeless in: England, France, Germany, Italy, Russia...
