Companies like cell phone companies spends like more than: $20 million dollars every year, trying to fight it....Here is one idea, cant say i didnt try to help, it has been recomended before.... Create a Free Lotto that asks people for their email and tell them that they will get junk email (spam) and in return they can submit free tickets to the free lottos...However those that dont want to sign up for the spam if they receive spam they can sue... Or HOW MUCH do Spam...
