Jeeves: Hot Lotto is sold in six of the Powerball states, and is played the same as Powerball, except on a smaller scale.Currently, Hot Lotto is played in Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, South Dakota, and West Virginia. The DC Lottery is expected to join the game this summer.

Maine needs Powerball, Hot Lotto
In case you read this morning's lottery news, Maine actually was a MUSL member, but, they dropped out when Powerball began in 1992. While New Hampshire might object, if Maine rejoined MUSL, they not only would sell Powerball tickets, but they could also offer Hot Lotto , which might be one step closer to retiring the longtime, low jackpot Tri-State Megabucks.

Thanks so much.. I sent a note to LotteryAmerica who isshowing one number under Tri-State. Seems Maine for the8th was 709 and New Hampshire and Vermont was 046. Looking at the LotteryAmerica it appeared the three were one...I hope they will correct, thanks to you buddy.:)

Goldie: The Maine Lottery DOES NOT conduct its own drawings. If you're going to buy lottery tickets north of Massachusetts, the only sensible place is New Hampshire. The numbers drawn for Maine also apply to NH as well.
