I could only purchase Mega Millions tickets today
STEP DOWN NOTICE In the event the state Legislature fails to adopt a state operating budget by June 30, 2017, state departments will be required to suspend operations. At this time, the Lottery is preparing for a possible, temporary suspension of operations. What does this mean? The Lottery will need to start reducing the number of Advance Play and Multiple Drawings for each of our games. Since we offer consumers the chance to buy tickets for future draws, the Lottery cannot allow tickets

Sweet Million Vs Cash4Life Odds
I can't believe the New York Lottery yanked Sweet Million, and replaced it with this trash Cash4Life game. Lets compare this at a $1 game draw. Sweet Million was $1 play. Cash4life is $2 play. To make this even, we multiply the odds of Cash4Life by 2. Sweet Million stays the same since its already a $1 play. As you can see chart (A) is Sweet Million $1 play, chart (B) is Cash4Life $1 play, and chart (C) is the current Cash4Life $2 play. Don't be fooled by odds. $1 and $2 tickets can really ad

What is a lottery system? What distinguishes a lottery system from guesses, dreams and quick picks?
Dear Joey, This thread is not going to become a repitition of the last one. I believe, should you choose to try to make it one I have the wherewithal to discourage it. That sounds ominous, almost threatening! I've had a suspicion I've been dealing with LP management, and the revelation that you have the wherewithal lends support to that suspicion. Well, we wouldn't want you to have to invoke your executive privilege, so let's focus on the math and logic, since this is the Mathematics For

Looks like having MM and PB in same state has been rejected. Texas and few others are now looking to start a new game, as described in this Texas Lottery Commission meeting extract, MR. Straight Into The Heart Of "Absolute Versatility": Part II
I wanted very much for someone to notice the presence of one thing particularly. Maybe some of you did -- but none of you said so. It is present in both examples. Let's use the first example I had presented originally: B B A B C B B A C X X X X X X X X X A B B C B C X X X X X X X X X X X X A A A C C A Let's begin then: B B A, B C B and what indeed would be required to complete or balance it? That's right. B A C. Look at those top three rows ver
