New Hot Lotto
What if a New Yorker bought HotLotto in New Hampshire and won. NH has no state taxes on lottery and is a member of Hot Lotto while NYC has city, state and federal taxes on lottery winnings and does not carrry Hot Lotto. How will they decide this sitiwation? will the New Yorker get all his taxes paid?

Is it possible to remain anonymous in NJ through a trust or attorney?
You can NOT remain anonymous in New York or New Jersey. On the east coast, Delaware, New Hampshire (with the help of a trust), Maryland, and South Carolina are the states where you can remain anonymous.

Da' 3 Digit Teacher Straight Hitter's
Hi LQ, I'm new to LP I just registered today although I have been reading this thread for sometime now and have found it very informative. I live up in New Hampshire (TRI-STATE) and was wondering if you could help me out with some numbers. I usually play evenings I'll get a boxed hit once in a blue moon, but I'm after that straight hit. Just wondering what you would suggest for us up in New England. I'm thinking 156 or 335. Any thoughts?
