states without lotteries
I'm surprised Nevada doesn't either. I would say either NV or Mississippi-they have lots of gambling boats so that could be a possibility. I think Utah is probably least likely to have one-if I am correct, a large population of UT are Mormon and gambling is against their beliefs. Maybe that is why they don't have Powerball...

Gail Howard "Percentage System" vs Karnac Theory
I read that there are more restrictions. - Four movie theaters were closed and became something else. There is a new complex outside of the center and I have never been there. I also never have been in the new concerthall. There are ongoing new constructions and renovations in the city. I wished that they had renovated and built houses 35 years ago and earlier. This city will be fine when I'm buried. We probably have nude beaches, or camping, here or there. I never was a sea or beach addict. Loc

Gail Howard SmartLuck Advantage Gold - Key Numbers Picking Charts
You have Ford, Tesla, Jeep, Cadillac. You have the highway and no borders between Mexico and Canada. I see people using bicycles, electrical onewheel, etc. Cars cost money, just like houses and vacations or good clothes, sports etc. In these afro-asian covid times you are happy with little, I guess. Feels like all collapsed. Maybe I should sell boats to afro-asians. That bizz is booming.

Who would you tell first and why?
God already knows you won. God also hopes you show your appreciation by not making the same mistakes as others who blow it all on cars, boats, shoes, mansions etc. God told me to tell you so.

"What If Lotteries Were Made Illegal"
Unil this latest wave of gambling with the river boats and such, historically every time there was a gambling craze in the US it lasted about 20 years and then was outlawed all together, except for Nevada and horse race tracks. 6 New Episodes of The Lottery Changed My Life
HAHAH that was entertaining! Bert was about the best segment of the show for personality. I don't see how if he won a $4 Million jackpot before taxes he is able to spend $2 Million on a house and not be broke. I liked the Nascar guy but he needs to be carefull...he is spending pretty wildly on vehicles and houses. The guy who had the bait shop seems like a good guy that made mistakes but it was nice to hear someone not blame a Curse and blame himself. He seemed really happy to have his bait shop

David kills Goliath in Michigan will keep promise to friends!
That's all I'm saying, he's asking for trouble, he better hope certain relationships don't go bad or he's really going to be up a creek. Though at least some of the things he said in the story, such as going back to school, is certainly a good idea. Of course how many other winners have said that? Getting LASEK isn't a bad thing either, though I dunno if announcing that you plan on buying a cottage on Mullett Lake along with a boat or two (why would one need two boats, if on the same lake, maybe
