Turns out it is a promotion for the MD lottery, after all. It seems like they're kicking off a cow-uprising themed publicity campaign to promote a cow-themed $1 scratcher and the let yourself play second-chance promotion. (Every on-line ticket has let yourself or play on it, collect all three for a shot at $250k.)I wish MA had a second-chance promotion. I don't count the collect 25 losing scratch tickets for a free $1 scratcher if you bring them to X fair, because it's never worth it u

New Version of Scam
Quote: Originally posted by Todd on April 25, 2005I received a variation of the old e-mail lottery scam this morning, so I thought I'd post it to warn others. It comes under the subject line Visa Card Award Promotion. It's amazingly silly, but you'd be surprised just how many gullible and desperate people there are out there who fall for this scam.I love the part that warns about breaching confidentiality -- you can't tell anyone that you won! (The grammar is also a wonder to behold.) Contact

SOLVE MY PROBLEM
I agree with that. You must read how the game is played. For the month of May, Ohio came up with a promotion for their Buckeye5 game, a free quickpick ticket for every $5+ ticket you buy. Yesterday I bought three $5 tickets and three free quickpicks popped out the machine and the clerk wanted to hangon to them for herself until the store manager told her that those tickets belong to me unless I wanted to give them to her. It was the third day of that promotion, so I can't believe she didn't know

Heads up on Texas All or Nothing Promotion playing $6 or more on Texas Lotto game
For all of you that play the Texas Lotto, and want to take advantage of the All or Nothing Promotion, and are a play slip player....
The promotion is to buy $6 or more Lotto Texas on 1 ticket and Get A Free All or Nothing quick pick ticket.
The process of getting $6 on one ticket makes it very difficult for the playslip player (only 5 lines to a playslip) to take advantage of the promo and really puts a burden on the poor cashiers.
In order for play slip players to take advanta

Sweet Million Vs Cash4Life Odds
Today through August 28, on Mondays and Thursdays, the New York Lottery has a promotion going on with Cash 4 Life: Buy two games ($4 worth) on one ticket, get a free Quick Pick. You can either play two games on one drawing, or one game for two consecutive drawings. I might take advantage of this promotion.

New Delaware Promotion
Delaware still has to sell close to 35K tickets for its raffle that it started back on October 30th (100K tickets overall). I just got an email that says now you will get a free Powerball quickpick with a raffle ticket. Take it for what it's worth.

Multipliers : Are they a good deal?
Washington state actually had a lotto promotion that doubled the jackpot (and only the jackpot) for an extra buck. I would pay for that but I haven't seen a promotion like that in years.
