what is wheeling system logic?
lucky-luke, since you are already familiar with Gail Howard, you might want to get her book 'Lottery Master Guide'. She explains sums, high/low/ odd/even, etc, and she also explains 'wheeling'. She does a lot of cross-promotion of her other product and books, but you can ignore that. Much of what she teaches can be done using pen and paper.

Math question
Ontario lottery has a promotion. Buy $10.00 package worth of scratchers and receive a $3.00 scratcher for free. The payback percentage for the $10.00 package is 65.15%. This percentage is independent of the payback for the free $3.00 scratcher. The payback percentage for the $3.00 scratcher I want is 65.05% What is the adjusted payback percentage?

Look at this and calculate the Odds...
LOL ....... blcmjfq, I wonder if my wins would actually go up by 50% too .. ! Much better odds. They might use that on their next big deal promotion... instead of 20% better payout... just subtract 20% of the numbers. Pick 3 outa' 1000 .... #800. Maybe that wouldn't be such a good idea for the ga. lottery..When folks saw they still couldn't win anything that way either... they might stop playing. LOL

What Does It Take To Win (Mathematically Speaking?)
When presented with a purely stochastic situation, people tend to overestimate the probability of a favorable outcome over which they feel they have control Fact is people generally respect their own opinions more than those of others who they consider no more intelligent or knowledgeable than themselves. The classic example is the demonstration by Langer (1975) that subjects valued a lottery ticket they selected themselves more highly than one given to them by the experimenter, even though

I cracked Pick6...But to do it i first need the answer to these 2 questions..
I've noticed there are free poker and bingo sites where players can win play money and if you win enough play money some will let you spend it on prizes contributed by sponsors. I know of a poker site where you can play for free with a chance of winning an entry into a real money money tournament where the prize fund comes from promotion. But we're talking about winning a couple hundred dollars not millions. The reason people build golf courses is because if you build it, they will come to

Can math and logic improve chances of winning a jackpot?
I pasted the correctly calculated odds above. Jackpots are paid for the extremes, so there are 2 jackpots. The odds don't change. When you play AON 1 to 12 is the same then 13 to 24. When you play a regular lotto, it is different, there is only one jackpot, that eventually is split because there are several winners. If you play pick 3, ten different lines, your odds are 10:1000, the notation 1:100 might be seen on a playslip. The scientific notation would be 0.01. Only one combinatio
