I won a $1 on a $1 scratch-it back in 1996 and then when I decided to play Oregon megabucks a free ticket but it took a couple of months before I won a four hit number on Oregon megabucks for a $150.-weshar75

I have been playing oregon megabucks on and off for 20 years in november on this year and powerball on a usual regular basis for that time. I think for the next twenty I am going to focus on megabucks and on and off powerball. Just to see if I can get 5 numbers once on oregon megabucks with kicker that would be cool.-weshar75

Oregon likes to do projects with it's money like state parks water sheds education grants to start up businesses. They go into detail if you want to look at it on the oregon lottery website. Me I do not care I just want their money from megabucks tonight.-weshar75

If there is a state tax, the state where the ticket is sold deducts it from the winnings. There is no California state so there is no state tax deduction, but if a Oregon resident wins in California, the will pay up to 8% when the file their Oregon income tax. If a Nevada resident wins in California, there is no state tax.

Has anyone bought 15 mega millions tickets to capture every mega ball number?Reply
In july I tried this method to no avail I bought 15 mega balls and QP the first five of the fifteen lines and added megaplier to them here in oregon. But I did not win a jackpot the most I won over the two weeks or four draws is $5 with matching the mega ball and that is it. So oregon is not lucky with mega millions I must say.weshar75

I like oregon megabucks, mega millions and powerball. I usually play QP's for those games unless we get chinese food then I might add those numbers for oregon megabucks for a couple of draws and quit playing them. Then go back to QP's just to see if they are lucky for awhile.-weshar75

Florida is usually luckier than my state oregon but then you have a lot more lotto players than oregon. Florida gets their fair share of 5+0 wins in a months time. My state hardly ever has a 5+0 for either multi-state game.-weshar75

Oregon has its first ever halloween raffle but it is for oregon only and they are only selling 250,000 tickets from september the 8th to october 30th. The drawing is on october 31st and the tickets are $10 I already got my one ticket.-weshar75

I think their is going to be at least two winners but maybe more than that. Like one from cali and one from texas and one from new york and one from florida just to round it out. The states that sell the most tickets probably will have the winners. I will be surprised if oregon hits the jackpot because when oregon won the $340 million powerball jackpot in 2005 I was happy but very surprised since we don't sell a lot of tickets.-weshar75

Oregon has never won mega millions either but we have had 5+0 winners for $250,000 and the $1 million because of megaplier. We have only had the game for about 2 and half year now so I think that is why we have not had a winner yet just not enough time in the game to get a winner. Besides Oregon only has like 3 or 4 powerball winners since starting powerball in 1992 so we are due for either jackpot win in 2013. Good luck to you KYO-187!-weshar75
