Oregon Lucky-Lines
I have been trying to find a procedure to predict winning numbers of the OR Lucky-Lines game. Some of the procedures include Ward System's Neuralshell2 network. If some of the Lotto Forum members had more luck in that process and could offer some useful hints and/or clues, that would be much appreciated. Thanks.

The Math and The Lottery
Actually the way that has worked best for me.... twice in the past 4 years I've gotten 5 of 6 on the Oregon Megabucks... is to do the numerical analysis, or make wheels, or what ever.... and every once in a while I take all of the game slips (I save them) and use them like a Tarot deck. Shuffle them really well while concentrating on what you want, divide into 3 piles, select one pile and lay out a tarot spread... then use the slips that you've laid out to play that day's game.... doesn't alway

RNG computer program
Hey folks, I am new, but I just lost my lawsuit against Oregon state lottery and their (video lottery terminals) VLT's probably because i was pro se`. Anyway did you know that VLT's are RNG random number generated games of chance but are advertised on the machines as games with odds? I am looking for a lawyer who has the guts to take on the lottery, any takers?

Stack47: Can you please give us the address of the Oregon website that tells you how to play , to make sure we go to the same website as you did? What criteria did you use to pick the 4 pairs of numbers?

Random Questions
Brings up another Question. Florida and many other States have Midday and Evening Draws. Texas and Oregon have Morning, Day, Evening and Night Draws. Are the numbers generated between Draws? If so in narrows the clock window so I might not have to stay up all night to be on time.

RNG computer program
This is what the Oregon Lottery website says about VLTs: Each Video LotterySM line game s theoretical payout percentage can be found on the individual game pages, by clicking the GAMES button and looking up a particular game. If a percentage range is indicated for a line game, this means that certain pays may be increased with larger wagers, and/or a bonus may return more with a larger wager. Theoretical payout percentages represent the percentage of all credits played returned to

Raven and Todd, you both see what I am saying but in different ways. For me a game of odds would mean that the more money I put into a machine, or the more times played, the more likely a win possible, the odds get better with each play, in contradiction with a RNG game of chance where like one of you said your chance of winning is the same every time you press play with no relation to how many times before. Maybe it is me who is confused, but i think these are too completely different things. I

Oregon Lucky-Lines
I'd pair up eight numbers and put them on opposite boxes around the free space. Using the numbers from how to play on the Oregon website, pair 04 with 29, 06 with 26, 09 with 23, and 15 with 17. 04 06 09 15 FREE 17 23 26 29 The reason I mentioned the game reminds me of Keno is because there is a strategy using four pairs and create four, six and an eight spot. Could create four threes too: 04-06-09, 09-17-29, 04-15-23, and 23-26-29.

Drawn number/s matched to day of the month. P3 &P4.
Now that does make sense. With the way you put it. I'd never looked at it that way. What I'm looking for is if say the number 3 shows up on the third of a month in just the pick 3 for example, one month and maybe it's even counterpart showing up the next month on the same day. Then what the results are in say Kansas compared to Colorado or Kansas compared to Missouri. Maybe even throw equator position into the mix a little. Later on of course on that. The equator reference is an idea I'm k
