Sign the petition - eliminate computerized drawings!
Big scandal in Pa. the other week on Mid-day Big 4. Same four digit number came up 4 times in 7 days; maybe computer generated isn't all that random. I'm sure it is, but I signed anyway. Can have trouble with bouncing balls but not if precautions are taken, as they are.years ago Pa had a hearts and diamonds on-line game, a basically a 5/26 lotto which was video generated by computer. It didn't seem too popular, although i played all the time and won once in a while. Perhaps people didn'

Anonymous / Non anonymous states
I don't really understand what point you're making, unless it's to point out corruption in Nevada. I thought that was a given, but isn't it better since the mob was ousted? I dunno, never been there, don't know much about the state so I will defer to you. That said, I think there is corruption in every state, from the lowest levels to govt. to the very top. One of the members of the nearby town's Board of Economic Development, an entity that tries to bring new businesses to towns via grant

So You Just Won $100 Million Playing PowerBall
noise-gate, What difference does it make whether Teddi is a female or male or whatever? You are in California the land of freedom of expression. You must remember Bill Cosby and the trouble he is in. Now women are in the news due to a sex scandal in Hollywood. I am happy that these victims have the right to confront their abuser. We can see how other Countries treat Women and minorities. Immigrant women and children are fleeing toward America and not away from us. The Statue of Libert

does state lottery officials know where the jackpot instant tickets go what town ect,
I read an article in which they interviewed a former lottery security director from a large state (didn't disclose which state). He basically said the same thing, that there's a double blind system in place. Nothing is impossible, but he also said that about 6 different people from the lottery, gaming company, and auditing company needs to be in on the conspiracy to pull it off, but they would be found out quickly through their auditing process of winners. This was in response to the scandal

Can the MM/PB bouncing balls be rigged?
Do you think it's possible for the Mega Millions or Powerball bouncing balls draws to be rigged? You may already know of the previous case of the rigged balls in the Pennsylvania Lottery scandal. But the MM/PB Jackpot games would be harder to pull off. Do you think it's possible with the current format of the televised draws? How could it be done? Do you think it ever has been done? (undetected) Has anyone ever witnessed a MM/PB draw in person?

watch out for NYS retailers Some are scamming you big time
My understanding is that middle eastern people are told to try to blend as best to their ability as possible. So when you call a calling center that is in India you will be talking to a Robert, Bill, Paul or Peters. you will not hear them us etheir real names anymore because American companies are adamant about using more American names to not insult Americans when they call. This is the facts and the realities of the life we live in now. But they do not have morals and ethics like we do and the

Has a Lottery Clerk Ever Attempted to Rip You Off?
Yes rd, once upon a long time ago when yours truly was very green, I went to a News Paper and Magazine/Lottery vending stand where I bought a lottery ticket; I had 4 out of 6 and he said the 4th number was a bonus number so I got paid that way; when it was suppose to be more.... After I looked at the winning numbers he had posted I showed him that the number he said was a Bonus number was not, and he said he had process the ticket already and that it was not as I said...that I had 3 + the bon

Could the Lottery offical do this??
Small games have been rigged before. The Pennsylvania Lottery's three digit numbers game was rigged many years ago... they weighted some of the balls. Called the 1980 Pennsylvania Lottery scandal ... well documented. For a big game like Powerball, it's practically a license to print money for the operators. I doubt they would risk killing the goose that lays the golden egg for a game like that. But you never know.

"President Obama today announced plans for a national lottery..."
Well in a sense Obama is already doing something like this...with his healthcare for all initiative. Some sick smucks will end up using it alot, thereby winning the billion dollar prize medical care. Others will use less, but still in the milliion dollar range (can anyone say Nadia Schulumann or however which way you spell the woman who had the octupulets but couldn't afford to pay for the medical care she received?!!!). Still many more others will use in the thousand range while a lot of others
