Stack I like the idea, it's just that I can't think of a realistic way to control what is posted. Maybe some type of open source software forum would work where members could suggest stuff which would be evaluated and if it's a good idea it could be added to the program. As I understand it. The Bahamas do not have a lottery. They have seven or eight or more quasi legal web shops that offer lottery. Another way is to mail it to yourself, i don't know how it is called in English, but here at the postoffice you can have it as aangetekende zending (special stamp on it and registered at the post office), so that envelope has legal value. Anyway, send it to yourself, and do not open the envelope, just keep it somewhere safe. If one day there is a dispute, you'll have yet another piece of evidence it came from you. cheers Ricky
