Just want to add*** Double Play does not have an annuity like the main PowerBall draw. The 10,000,000 is $10,000,000 before federal state taxes which is a nice plus!

You think it is rigged for certain states to win it. Considering Florida and California have no state tax on lottery winnings , it makes no sense to rig a MM or PB drawing to benefit either state. Several states collect over 8% in state taxes and it's over 10% in a couple. They don't want the facts to get in the way of their conspiracy theories.
