The thing is, just for public relations issues, it would not hurt that casino one bit to give her a million just for the f-up. That wouldn't even be a blip on their radar. I'd feel more confident in the uniformity of return factor than I would in casinos where I've heard they adjust the rate of return differently on various machines based on their location and such.
