Woman sues casino that offered her steak dinner instead of $43 million jackpot
She should have taken the steak dinner. Who turns down a free meal? Clearly she won't win the case because the machine is NOT programmed for a 43 million dollar payout. You don't even have to be a gambling nut to realize penny slots don't pay in the millions for a jackpot...duh !

Woman denied $43 million jackpot, offered steak dinner instead
The thing is, just for public relations issues, it would not hurt that casino one bit to give her a million just for the f-up. That wouldn't even be a blip on their radar. It would be life changing for her. Even 5 million would not hurt them at all. How can the machine malfunction and show a figure that large? The programming should make that impossible! The fact that they have the arrogance to give her the shaft so completely is outrageous! That's why i gave up on even the slots once they went

Woman 'hiding lottery win from husband'
Tenaj, some people have all the luck. Since I don't player POKER but the slot machines, usually when I'm with friends and they ask me if I won, I'm so elated to share the winning experience with them. Here's a story: when I was living on the east coast and visiting Atlantic City casinos (my second home away from home), I met this lady on the bus, whom I didn't know who befriended me, and upon arriving at the casino, treated me to breakfast. So, after breakfast, we played the slots...when suddenl

Man wins $7.2 million playing slots in friend's memory after funeral
A Michigan man went to Mississippi for a friend's funeral last week, and came back a multimillionaire. Tyler Morris, 73, drove with his wife to attend the funeral of his longtime friend Max Anderson, 86, on Feb. 15, and stopped by one of Anderson's favorite hangouts afterward: The Palace Casino Resort in Biloxi, Miss. He decided to play penny slots in honor of Anderson, who had often gone with Morris to the casino over the years, and always played the slots. Morris put his money on The Lor

Swiss lotto draw chaos denies jackpot winner million
This story was posted on Jun 16, 2017 Lottery Post News. Katrina Bookman captured national attention last year when she played a Sphinx Slot Machine at Resorts World Casino in Queens, New York, and it appeared as though she'd won $43 million which would have been the largest jackpot ever won on the slots in U.S. history. Police break up scratch-off lottery ticket burglary ring
Seems like the whole rolls had been activated, otherwise they're no good right? Next time, though a rarity I see them stocking the lottery machine with scratchers will ask how they are activated. Just remember them putting the tickets in the proper slots and no scanning. Seen them doing the big old rolls years ago right @ the register. The only safeguard that comes to mind is after they are stolen they will somehow deactivate the whole roll making them all null and void. That is here, don'

Marine credits karma for $2.9 million slots jackpot
A couple of days before he hit a jackpot of nearly $3 million, Cpl. Alexander Degenhardt learned he'd been accepted as a bone marrow donor to an anonymous patient. They asked me if I was sure I wanted to go through with it, because it's kind of painful, but what's a little pain if it will save someone's life? the U.S. Marine said Friday. I look at this as kind of good karma for that. Degenhardt's karma was worth more than $2.8 million, the second biggest jackpot for Bally Technologies, w

Ohio's interim lottery chief given official title
Lottery run slots don't sound like a bad idea to me. I'd feel more confident in the uniformity of return factor than I would in casinos where I've heard they adjust the rate of return differently on various machines based on their location and such. It would be nice to know you had the same chances of winning on any machine you pick. Course if they ever had them in TN, I'd just go play the ones closest to the Government Center in Nashville.

First Ca$hola jackpot win in Delaware
I like the old 3 reel wheel of fortune dollar slots, so I was excited to pay my first visit to the Hard Rock in Tampa this spring. I was disappointed to see it was video rather than reels, then the max bet was 4 !!! And to top that off, I hated the crazy zig zag paylines. Never even tried it. Did not like the way it looked. So I went with a tried and true 3 reeler(but it was video too) 10x pay machine ...
