Would you double the jackpot for $1?
Left the other for people who don't like the options.Washington state had a double the jackpot for $1 for lotto as a promotion. So the jackpot would be 20 million instead of 10 million if you had spent that extra dollar. Normally I don't spend more money to win a larger amount for the smaller prizes but I thought that was worth it. his point is subliminal. However, I would imagine that NYL could increase sales with a promotion. The old buy five get three promotion was like offering ice cream to a child. But did they try and press it. No. They are suffering from sales, but did they try and be daring and offer this promotion in the last 12 months? No. Now they took all our money, and dont even want to try and give half of it back. This could be the scam of the century.

Take 5 doesn't roll period. If no one wins the jackpot, the money gets added to the second-place prize pool. Lotto had been rolling at $300K for a while now. NY SM is running buy 5 get 3 free promotion. Why do they do that? Do you think it is because SM haven't had a winner in last few draws and hence they have surplus amount so they are able to offer such promotion? or they think it will spur the sales thereby paying for itself despite of freebies? Also does anyone know if lottery sticks to the predetermined %? like they say, 65% of sales go towards prizes. Do they stick to this? what happens when there is no winner for couple of weeks?
