If you won would you move from your town?

What RIDICULOUS thing would you purchase, if...
I would visit Cape Horn so I could claim to have been able to see where the Atlantic, Pacific Southern Oceans collide. Next I would go to New Zealand and see first hand the hobbit homes watch a traditional Haka. Finally, I would go to Egypt and see the Pyramids of Giza, Saqqara. Then I would go home. :)

But when you say you want a $300 million jackpot you are also saying this: I want to buy a ticket week after week after week but I don't want to win the jackpot. I've already asked this question about the Euro Millions Lottery and learned that you have to be a resident of the participating country to play the Euro Millions Lottery. My question is does this same rule apply to the regular lotteries ran in foreign countries. Australia, Austria, Bargados, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Caribbean, Chile, China, Colombia, Croatia, Dominican Republic, England, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamica, Japan, Korea, Latvia
