Nope. Washington state is not an anonymous state. The records request is a separate issue. Please provide links where winners have remained anonymous using trusts. Thanks.

WA State....Maybe anonymous. I think in Washington the winner can remain anonymous. The key word is the name may be released if there is a records request. Not will or must . So the lottery can choose not to reveal the people at the winners request and that would be lawful . There have been several winners who claimed using Trusts or LLC and remained anonymous.

From what I understand, the Midwest does not influence the Powerball and Mega Millions lotteries; it mainly affects the Pick 3 games and similar ones. west coast and east coast, new england doesn't really. hard to explain. Apparently, someone I know does know someone else that knows patterns depending on the draws that come out from east coast to west coast not midwest states. Does anyone have a spreadsheet ? Meaning 14 states with the results. Yes, I can look but is there another way of looking. i want to see something because I was told the numbers that are drawn there is a way of pinpointing.
