It is Georgia, I found that after scrutinizing your ticket) Used to be in PA - before extra ~ security ~ measures were put into place, that you were able to scratch the ticket area and reveal the serial number and find whether the ticket was a winner or loser by the presence or absence of parenthesis. Do these states have the three digit validation codes?
I'm working on a project and I'd like to know if the following states use the three digit validation codes. Example: FIV = $5.00 Arkansas Connecticut Delaware Florida Georgia Indiana Kansas Kentucky Nebraska New Mexico North Dakota Oklahoma Rhode Island Tennessee I'm from Ohio so I don't know if these states use validation codes. Any information that you can give would be helpful.
