With that top prize gone, the only other top prize in circulation is the $5 Million Jackpot one. Amazing how that game is still going on after 21 months. It is going to be 10 SuperLotto Plus Quick Picks for myself until the promotion ends. Still no new details about the Playbook other than the $1 million top prize.

Have you players gotten a hold of those black plastic game holders? The ones that are double sided/foldable? I asked my lottery rep for them but she just said that they were given at special lottery promotion locations like at fairs and what not. I have a feeling she's lying to me though. Would really love to my hands on a few so I can give them out to my players.

I've been playing the $5 scratchers exclusively due to the current Power of 5 promotion. My second chance entries are down 50% from what I normally accumulate when buying the $10 and $20 scratchers. Haven't won anything big other than a few $50 prizes a bunch of free tickets and $6 winners. Yes the $6 wins are wins but they are lame wins. I'd rather have the loser for the Power of 5 second chance promo.

I think the $10 game will not replace any game as CA Gold, 20X Crossword, and $10 LFL are ending. The $5 Fantastic 5's (looks to be a new game concept people are looking for) probably will replace Silver 7's The $1 Fast $50s will replace $1 LFL There used to be a $5 game in the Summer of 2007 called California Millionaire, before the replay program began, there was a special contest where 5 monthly winners were chosen to win $1 million. I have a gut feeling there will be a promotion

What worries me is that the July RPP shows an SLP ticket with two codes and a $1.00 price. (And no 2nd Chance code, but that's hopefully just an oversight.) Maybe they are making up the extra dollar behind the scenes, I hope you're right, but if so why not say so on the ticket? Could be they don't want to confuse retail clerks now that I think about it. In any event we'll know as the promotion goes on, I suggest y'all keep an eye on the payouts this July.

It didn't hit me until I read MDguy's post above. Last time we had a multi-denominational 2nd chance promotional draws were the Lucky Life draws for $5,000 each in May. In those draws each $1, $2, $5, and $10 LL ticket counted as one entry which I suppose wasn't equitable for those that played mostly $10 LL tickets. In the WoF promotion, the multiplier is random but it seems the total entries per ticket is relative to the ticket price ($2 $5 $10).

Also, as a FYI, you may want to hold off entering the new Lucky Life scratchers into the 2nd chance system until the 27th. Last month, I started entering the Bonus Crosswords before they started that promotion and lost out on some entries.

I won my largest Hot Spot prize ever during this promotion in 2010 and lo and behold, the bonus prize amounts--at least for the numbers offered at the time--are exactly the same now as they were then.

He checks the tickets pretty good I have not caught him slipping. Sometimes he might only scratch the code and scan but he scratched the entire ticket last night. I know he gets a lot of $1K winners, and I saw his name as a winner on the gas for life promotion a few years ago.
