I was happy with the 1st one that I went for another. I haven't been to Sheetz in weeks. Asked a girl out and got turned down, so I was embarrassed to go back.lol Anyway, I decide to do another with their automated machine,. There were 2 buttons for the new Fever tix which did give me consecutive tickets, not from different slots. I won't bother with the breakdowns. I cashed my initial ones for a voucher. Decided to keep that and play more with my money. This machine challenge was well worth

Do people have more luck just buying one scratch ticket at a time as opposed to buying 2 or more?
I usually buy 3 tickets in a row..i like to think the first one was the ticket before me, then the actual ticket I buy, and then the ticket after me, which may be the winner! I use the machine, sometimes and buy one, then another til I win..this is called chasing! I sometimes get a nice $100 winner out of this, but sometimes I get a face vaule prize..very frustrating after say buying 7 in a row.. I alos use to buy every ticket in the machine..just one of each..most of the time I l

How many scratch should I buy at one time?
scratch offs are 100% Totally Random I would disagree with that. 100% is a tough thing to support. I like scratch games because they are NOT totally random. Some people think they are, think they're the lottery equivalent of a slot machine. But nothing could be further from the truth. The wins aren't selected by a random number generator like slots or lottery draws. The wins are of a fixed amount and scheduled in a pseudo-random manner, with deliberate minimum amount in wins within pack bo

I guess eating my greens on New Years Day already paid out a little bit: hit $50 on a new TN $5 scratcher called wild cherry slots Literally as my wife and I were cooking last nite -- Hoppin John, Turnip greens cornbread and Garganzola Mac n cheese-- I scratched this from a machine at Krogers. Number 052. This game just started in December. I hit $5 five times and it was doubled because of the cherry. Looks like I'll be making a quick trip to Metropolis to play craps a bit soon

One other thing worth noting about their collection/destruction of tickets is something I was told by .. let's say a Lotto employee (go with me for a moment, it's long): When new games come out, lottery pushes retailers to stock the new games and even run incentive programs where retailers can win entries into a prize drawing (link) based on the books they activate. All retailers are expected to activate new games the day they come out (or the day they receive them). Publix, and any store wit

Poaching for winning tickets
James1, I enjoyed your story. IMHO you did nothing wrong. It took me way back to when I was young. A long time ago, I was told that something similar is done in gambling casino's with slot machines. I've never done it, but I heard about it after I won a small jackpot playing a slot. Forty plus years ago, I was playing a slot machine in Harrah's casino in Lake Tahoe. I had been playing it for a while, (I dont remember how long I was playing this particular machine) but I was not winning any

So I have a question. 50X use to be big in the Lotto Vending machines. I'm sure they were the first ones taken away when they started picking tickets up. So what becomes of a roll that started distributing from a vending machine but still had tickets left on the roll when it was picked up (or do they let the roll sell out before picking up). After a game ends and after you can't redeem a ticket for that game after the expiration date, is there any transparency about the lottery being able
