has anyone ever sued the lottery for misleading on scratchers?Reply
This is the misconception for many scratch off players....Although the odds are 1 in 4 for example, that doesnt mean out of every 4 tickets there will be a winner. There could be 20 losers in a row, then on the next book of tickets there could be 5 winners in a row. Like others stated above, the odds posted are for the entire pool of tickets created for that game.

why would lottery tell you how many winning tickets have been sold and how many have been left? Let's say if the big prize winning ticket is sold on the 2nd day since the pool is distributed and if you make this information available people will quit buying and sales will go down. In this way lottery won't earn the revenues based on their assumptions and may go bankrupt.

I actually like, nay I love, games with low top prizes because they, typically, put all of the prize pool into prizes that are winnable. However, I have no idea how winnable DE's tickets are becuase they don't list the odds, which is beyond bogus.

With $600k burning a hole in my pocket I'd let myself break off 50k-60k to splurge on a something I always wanted kind of item. For me that would be setting up a decent track car and doing track days as often as I could. The asterisk * is usually not a good sign for a game. It typically means one of two things: The game was shipped to the Florida Lottery in more than one shipment which happens when a very large game like the Billion Dollar Blockbuster or 100X the Cash come out. I had to take a trip to Altamonte because my Struck by Luck claimer was expiring. As it is, I played 5 500X and dang if not one was a single winner!! After a quick dip in the pool I grabbed the next five and Lo Behold scored a nice win!!! Best of luck, everyone!!!

$50, no. That would be interesting, but here's what I'm seeing and expecting to be released based on what was sent to me in an ILR on Dec 17th. It looks like there's going to be new family of $1- $10 tickets called 10X - 100X, as well as another $2 game Fat Wallet. Maybe we might see a $20 200X, a $30 300X, or even a $50 500X?
