How exactly are lottery scratchers numbered in CA
Hi Think, I understand what you are saying, and thanks for that. I just think it's very odd that those numbers do not correlate with tickets (supposedly) sold, and there is no formal site showing how they are actually numbered. There should be some way to corroborate the site statistics with actual numbers, and book 1million doesn't match what I would expect with 18million. I could understand if somehow each pool was random or had gaps for security, or something else, but that would mean the

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
So jackpotchasing's post made me want to look up something indirectly related, and in that I found something that I believe people here may find interesting so I wanted to post it. (This is not related to his post though). From an article: Actually, the odds were better than that. Scratch-off prizes are not randomly distributed. Lotteries use a system of pools to create a fairly even distribution of prizes, as described in Indiana and Massachusetts reports. Most lotteries want pri

"SuperBowl Pool" of Florida scrtach-offs
Hello Cape. I ran the board while I was living in The State of New York. I didn't act as the house, I simply fronted the money to buy the pack of scratchers. I figured that I'd be able to sell squares easier by showing people the pack as opposed to trying to sell squares without it. As it turned out, I could have sold out the squares without having to front any cash. Word spread very quickly about the pool... I had guys coming to see me like crazy asking to buy a square. It sold out in a single

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Quick question! I know a lot of us have gotten the instant liablity reports. Well there s a little detail that I m curious on! It s says off on the right side on the top of each report pool number: all . Well as we know there s is a pool releases of 120,000 tickets each time.but that ALL is very interesting... it appears that the report can be set on the state side to show the pools. So back to my question has anyone requested a specific pool or ange of pools or even any data on pools?

Gold Rush Tripler
Hey Skeptic, I wondered about this too, and it seems that the odds for each game are extremely higher than the advertised odds on the Florida Lottery website. I've googled the game's name and emergency rules and found the same odds that you reference in your post. It appears that these are the odds 'per pool' released. When you consider the total number of tickets per pool and the total number of pools, and then divide by the total number of tickets--- you get the 'overall' odds that are adve

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
My reasoning is based on the fact that I personally do not care much about the smaller prizes (though I will be very happy if I do win a smaller prize). So, the way I look at it is what is the probability of picking one of the12 top prize tickets from a pool of 72 million tickets? If I have 20 chances to pick one of 12 from the pool of 72 million tickets, my odds are 1 in 300,000. Also, as mrcraft and others have pointed out, these odds are not accurate because some tickets may never be part

"SuperBowl Pool" of Florida scrtach-offs
When I ran the above pool, I know it was during the Summer of 2012. I know that because while I was making the board, I had the TV on, and I can recall seeing TV news video tape of Mitt Romney accepting The Republican Party's nomination for President. So as you can see, it was 10 years ago that I did it. I did it because I had read an article in the newspaper about it, and how it had become a thing or a fad in Chicago. Seems it swept workplaces in The City of Chicago like wildfire. My complim
