Thanks for the input. Yes, the 66.5% is across all games. I have seen that percentage vary from 62% one year, 67.5% another, etc. And of course the scratch offs have a predetermined number of winning tickets, with a predetermined ROI on those tickets, so I guess it's apples and oranges comparing scratch offs with draw games.

Hi Scratchers! I've bought quite a few of the new $3 Monopoly Secret Vault games and have been getting screwed. Someone told me to buy new games so that's why I've been on this one (I do not have the heart to spend more than $10 on a scratch off!). But I also know that FL scratch off wins are a hell of a long shot. I see that most of you buy the bigger spend games but if you had an extra $20, would you ever buy 6 of these? Here in FL the type of scratch off game info is indeed currently available online. I do use excel to run scenarios on new games that haven't started yet (so no info online yet), as well as once in a while compare variables between games.

$100 win on game 1, funny thing that was the last game to scratch off, was a nice surprise thinking loss after the other 4. I feel $10 games are hitting for me lately i was firm believer that $10 games don't pay, I take it back , that title goes to $3 games for now

Hi there, Fun, and thanks!! Yeah I like crosswords now and then because they are longer play than the usual number match. FL even has a $20 crossword. As for playing them my approach is a little unusual...I actually scratch one letter, find and scratch matches, and then more on to the next letter...as opposed to scratching them and playing the games. Congrats. I found a $50 winner because they didn't scratch the amounts. I also found a $40 on the $10 diamond game. They scratched the game which had a 2x but they didn't reveal the amount or scratch the barcode. I'm guessing a lot of people aren't reading the rules on any of the games and just are matching numbers. I'm checking all throw away tickets that don't have their barcode revealed.
