Thanks for the input. Yes, the 66.5% is across all games. I have seen that percentage vary from 62% one year, 67.5% another, etc. And of course the scratch offs have a predetermined number of winning tickets, with a predetermined ROI on those tickets, so I guess it's apples and oranges comparing scratch offs with draw games.

Hi Scratchers! I've bought quite a few of the new $3 Monopoly Secret Vault games and have been getting screwed. Someone told me to buy new games so that's why I've been on this one (I do not have the heart to spend more than $10 on a scratch off!). But I also know that FL scratch off wins are a hell of a long shot. I see that most of you buy the bigger spend games but if you had an extra $20, would you ever buy 6 of these?
