How many different 20.00 tickets are for sale at one time in California. He probably plays other games besides scratch tickets and probably buys other denominations of those also. look at scratch off 10.00 ticket 50 100 500 all top prizes have been won. 50 100 and 500 winners still out there but I would not buy anymore because top prizes where won. And they are still in machines around me. And people say do not buy that one no top prizes left. I check to see what games have top prizes before I play them.
