Lawyer Reccomends NOT To Sign Ticket??
I agree 110%. Signing a ticket with a foolish statement like that or with any type of doodles would likely trigger a full investigation by the state lottery. It seems to signify a lack of honesty and possible criminal intent. 1. Make a million copies of your ticket. 2. Even in a fully anonymous state like Maryland, I would still put a trust name. The worst a state lottery could say is we do not allow trusts. It would not void the ticket and they would then have to allow you to sign your

$70 million Michigan Powerball winner says lottery winners should be able to remain anonymous
I'm not sure I'm understanding why all the harsh arguing is happening, because all the anonymity rules by state are specified right here on Lottery Post: https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/326232 When a state's anonymity laws get updated, we update the list. (As an aside, it's not really a good idea to screenshot a Google results page, because the quotes they offer on their site often leave out other important contextual information from the website they are quoting.) It's hard to tell

$70 million Michigan Powerball winner says lottery winners should be able to remain anonymous
Same with TN(being put in purple).....I believe we are at the 30 day mark for a Freedom Of Information request that can be filed, should you claim by trust.....Better have your ducks in a row and be disconnected from your current location. Someone is going to want to know. Players who win prizes of $200,000 or more must claim their prize at the Nashville Headquarters Claim Center. From the TN Lottery Site: Can the winner of a large Lottery prize remain anonymous? In accordance

$725 MILLION: Powerball jackpot now 11th-largest in history
Thanks Todd for the link........ While we are very fortunate on the lottery-no-income tax thing.... The old adage of The tax man cometh holds true,no matter where you reside in our fair state. * TN state sales tax is at 7% with local governments adding up to 2.75% onto that figure(THEY DO) * Tax on food is at 6.75% (Wilson County - just east of Nashville) NOW....if we could only get our Lottery Director(Becky) and legislature to go full on anonymous, it would be like Christmas

Winner of $95 million Lotto Texas lottery jackpot gamed the odds to win
New Jersey based group turned the odds to win in their favor By Kate Northrop Around this time one year ago, the Texas Lottery's Lotto Texas jackpot was bursting at the seams, boasting the game's third-largest prize ever at a mouthwatering $95 million. One New Jersey-based group gamed the odds to win the jackpot. Following a seven-month period without a winner, the Lotto Texas jackpot had ballooned to $95 million for the drawing on April 22, 2023, the game's largest in over 12 years.

How do you deal with lottery losses?
One other thing to keep in mind about dreams. Not all dreams are about lottery numbers. (Figured I need to clarify that since there was a post on someone talking to the dead in a dream) Messages in dreams can take on many forms. And mean many different things. Sr San's dreams may be telling him to play bingo at the nearest Catholic church, or poker. Or could be giving him the number to gamblers anonymous. We may never know G

Accusations of "disturbing" new claims procedures after Allwyn sends investigator to winner's home
@ Artist77, What would exactly be the claiming procedure in a US Anonymous State, for example, SC or GA, should one hit the big one, especially, if, one were to approach their State's Lottery HQ through a Lawyer representing a Trust, PMA, or LLC? In light of these events with Allwyn, and, seeing responses after this article, and, also taking into account outside factors, such as, current political climate in the UK, THERE, and perhaps reaching its way HERE because of OURS, it brings al

Merry Christmas
Shepherds in the region where Jesus was born, which is believed to be in Bethlehem, would typically have their sheep in the fields during the spring and summer months, not in December . The biblical account of the nativity in the Gospel of Luke mentions that shepherds were in the fields at night when they received the angelic announcement of Jesus' birth. This suggests a warmer time of year, rather than the winter month of December. The tradition of celebrating Christmas on December 25th lik

$1.35 billion Mega Millions lottery winner suing mother of his child for revealing win to family
Anyone else see the irony of wanting to be anonymous and then publicly suing someone you told that you won? He has to prove in a court in a state with broad rights to access public records that his ex-wife harmed him by revealing he won a very large lottery prize to his family. Named only as John Doe in the lawsuit Wonder what will happen with she is asked on the witness stand if she signed an NDA with John Doe and she says NO . How can he prove she violated an NDA with his real na

New York- Numbers
I disagree. Many times people getting downvoted are spammers (they are selling something and using Lottery Post as free advertising). Or maybe they have a history of trolling (purposely starting fights and chaos). Whereas people known for sharing and spreading positivity are consistently upvoted. Good ideas and positive thoughts are upvoted consistently. Of course there will always be a small number of people who try to abuse useful systems like the voting buttons, but their existence does n
