Georgia Lottery Scratch Offs
I am not encouraged to play. Seems like we sll have been having the same luck. I haven't played a scratcher in over a week. I remember coming on here and seeing many $500 winners. Not much anymore. I think the GA lottery is all about building up the Hope Scholarship funds right now.

Tenn. lottery chief offers advice to fledgling Wyoming Lottery
It's not the same as the creative bonus incentives given in sports to players and coaches, but there are some state lotteries using a similar system. Tennessee has legislated what percentage of lottery profits must go to their scholarship program and it doesn't leave much room for bonuses and why I believe Hargrove might be negating with Wyoming right now.

The lottery funds the HOPE scholarship and pre-kindergarten classes, but ticket sales have struggled to keep up with growth in the programs. When lawmakers approved legislation in 2011 to prevent the programs from going broke, part of the deal was a severe curtailing of lottery staff bonuses. But more than $260,000 worth of ince

Christians against lottery and gambling
When the lottery first came to South Carolina, I had a Christian friend who was very against it. Oh, she fussed and raised cain about the sin of gambling and the lottery, etc....Just so happened, a year later, I overheard her on the phone with her son, whose grades in college had apparantly started slipping...What was so funny is she was fussing to him about pulling his grades back up so he wouldn't lose his lottery scholarship! Ha!

What about the kids??
My son exploded his scholarship opportunity during his senior year thinking I would just go ahead and pay for it...... (which I could have easily done) Instead of going to college he got a ride down to the Army recruiting office at the mall.........

What about the kids??
it's simple here. It's just like any college scholarship, if they maintain a 3.0 or better, all college or trade school expense will be paid. Otherwise they pay.
