Should we test kids in number picking ?
Sounds similiar to when my sons were small. Hidden rational thinking? Not everyone. I averted danger on my sons words more than once. High sat scores ivy league schools track scholarship/ law school/childrens charities. Oh and hes psychic. Shine on.

Friday afternoon, HB 2263 will be presented to the House Rules committee at the Capitol. HB2263 mandates that 25% of total lottery proceeds be used to fund college scholarships.
25 percent?????should be 75 percent or better.They have no problem using the schools as a fulcrum to get the lottery through to begin with.

Would you take your kids out of school??
Yeah most if not all private school offer scholarships...but what I said was true...did you ever get into trouble with a kid whose family was richer than yours?....They usually dont get into trouble or are severly punished as much as the kids who parents have less is what Im saying....clout or money in that respect..

Do you need to win THAT much?
If I win real big then I would set up a nest egg with a small portion of it and use the rest of the winning to set up some scholarship/charity.

Yeah felipe pina...I think he just wanted to help some at first and when he realized that they were just trying to get money for crazy stuff...he decided to just give out scholarships and help people in his community out with school
