You can stop buying tickets as I already bought the winner this afternoon out of a lotto vending machine at the grocery store. Some old lady tried to get in front of me but I blocked her out as were not going to have one of those silly stories this time around.

I was wondering the same thing. I have never heard of a bodega before, but it's in all the news stories about this Powerball winner. I saw on TV that the winner's son works there and uses the slicer to cut meats for the bodega.

Jack Whittaker, a PB jackpot winner set up a charity like that with a board of three local ministers and contributed $20M of his winnings to it and the only stories I ever read about it were from people complaining about it. When ever his name comes up, no body ever thinks of the money he gave to charities.

I'm assuming no one here has ever won a jackpot? I often read stories of lotto winners - mostly of course fantasy five. I like hearing about their lives before the day they bought the winning ticket and the day they discovered that they won. It's just a way for me to relate to the day I become a winner!
