The important elements of claiming the prize are creating a trust or LLC and being the actual person that's the named representative of the trust or LLC, and being the real person the lottery may require for photos and a press conference. I have. I was walking to the gas station with my sister and on the way there I found a ticket I thought was a winner so I took it to the gas station and had them check it out and sure enough it was a $2 dollar winner. So I cash it in and buy a $2 ticket and win $30 on that one and then I took her out to lunch. Anyone got any stories.
