Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Pretty sure over the years I have read stories about this...both shows winning number yet isn't a winner and doesn't show as a winner yet scans as a winner. Most times lottery will just claim it's a misprint and not pay.......maybe others remember specific stories.

Record Powerball jackpot won by 1 ticket
I didn't say that a trust can't be formed after the drawing. I said a trust that's formed after the drawing can't be the winner. The drawing creates a winner, so an entity that doesn't exist yet can't possibly win. If you win and then form a trust to claim the prize you're still the winner, and the trust is claiming the prize on your behalf. Observation
Was anyone surprised last night that the winner (s) usually featured on the powerball draw was a guy that collected his prize many months ago instead of a recent winner? I mean, the guy was already featured on the winners ' stories section on powerball official website. I thought it was for 2nd and third prize winners, I might

$640 MILLION: MEGA MANIA!
Hmm... I am reading online all the different lottery stories. You know what I would find amusing? To have one of the many 'free tickets' that have been given out (ft. wayne indiana comes to mind) be a winner (not the SOLE winner... but a winner) for the jackpot.
