Is South Carolina Truly Anonymous?
Can someone with authority clarify if South Carolina a true anonymous state? According to news articles in Google yes it is. But the South Carolina lottery website makes no mention of it. Did the past winners simply ask for no publicity? Or is South Carolina a True anonymous state. This is so confusing.
